  Scam artist! They still have my stuff and my lawyer is laughing up a storm at the amount of trouble they are in! He threw racial slurs at me and degraded my parenting!!! These scumbags tried to get me to meet them in a ******* parking lot for payment!!!! Yeah ************** says DOOR TO DOOR SERVICES and it also has the destination address down as MY ADDRESS NOT a ******* parking lot!

  I hired a moving company to relocate my belongings to a new location, and overall, the experience was quite satisfactory. One aspect worth noting is the professionalism displayed during the furniture packing process. The company's team handled each item with care and skill, contributing to a successful and correct delivery of all my belongings to my new home.It is understandable that, given the distance and weather conditions, some of my furniture experienced minor bumps. Nevertheless, the damage was minimal and generally acceptable considering the circumstances. The company demonstrated the ability to manage the inherent challenges of a long-distance move.However, my only direct complaint pertains to the delivery times. Despite the contract specifying a timeframe of up to 30 days, the company waited until the specified limit to make the delivery. This delay was inconvenient as I had expected to receive my belongings within a more condensed timeframe.Despite this detail, I appreciate the quality of service provided in terms of care and professionalism during the move. The company successfully achieved the primary goal of safely transporting my belongings, despite the delays in delivery times. Overall, I would recommend their services, but I suggest considering the possibility of adjusting delivery timelines to avoid potential inconveniences.

  We were assigned to this company through a broker (First ******* Movers) to handle a move of household furnishings to a home in *******. Our experience would suggest that anyone stay away form this business if you are expecting a reliable and hassle free move of your furnishings. This group appeared to have little to no professional moving experience. They showed up late based on the scheduled move arranged through the broker, immediately reassessed, what we thought was a contract moving cost by a factor of 50% and took longer than they told us to deliver the furniture. In addition they arrive with no ability to professionally move furniture, lacking moving dollies, tools or furniture blankets. Hence we had to provide all of this for their convenience. The move took about 11 days longer than they originally claimed and appeared to have to have transitioned through several different entities in the process ultimately arriving in the hands of totally different organization with which than we contracted. Upon arrival, nearly every piece of furniture was damaged. We filed a claim which returned to us about $600 on damages that exceeded over $25,000.00 . We weren't even able to collect that meager amount. I have since learned from an investigative journalist who has been looking into the moving industry over the last several years and these incidents have become more prolific. Stay away from this company, in particular, and the moving broker arrangement in general. Stay with the more reputable and professional movers and deal with the transport company directly. In the end you will find it less expensive and won't have to replace your house hold belongings after the stress of a move. .

  ZERO STARS!! These crooks took over $2000 from my friend. He moved across country. Over a month later his stuff STILL had not arrived. They stopped taking his calls and would only occasionally respond to text messages with promises that his stuff would arrive. He finally had to fly back to his original city and stay with a friend and finally found out that all of his stuff is still sitting in some storage unit near his old house. 7 WEEKS!!! You can tell by their text messages and vocabulary and sentence structure that they are not even American's. They are some type of foreign scam artist.

  This is a scam/ fraud moving company. They have been contracted by *** moving solutions to ************* from ** to ********** on July 20, 2022. At the time I received a quote from *** moving solutions , I was told my goods will be delivered within 2 weeks, however they were delivered 1.5 months later. The majority of items arrived with mold and wet, broken and in bad condition. During that time , I reached out to the owner of black belt logistics , *****, begging him ************** to facilitate the transport as it was stated in the contract , however , he found every excuse possible to why my furniture was still sitting in the Wearhouse on the east coast. A few times he even told me they were already crossing the country , however that was a lie. Just like other multiple lies evidenced in the text conversations we have had. I was also told that I will be reimbursed for all the damages and that he will give me an additional ****** for delays . Eventually , I was told to file a claim through CSI which I did, claim was closed and settled, however black belt logistics has not reimbursed me one ***** to this date. There is a whole paper trail with all communication and what he is supposed to reimburse. During our conversations, I expressed my frustration and informed ***** that I will be making complains with the *** and the **************************** and will also do a small claim court . His answer was go ahead , it takes a long time to respond to a claim and then I just keep opening up new corporations - its much cheaper than paying all the claims. Thats when I realized that this guy is just a fraud. *** moving solutions gave me an address for their bussiness ( ***************************************************** and MC # ******* ***# *******) however black belt logistics shows under a different address and you cant really find them Anywhere. Please investigate this owner and bussiness , they are conducting fraudulent work.
