      Horrible experience with their customer service department. Very rude and disrespectful. If I could leave zero stars I would. All they want is your money. I had several windows replaced and a storm door that was supposedto be installed. What was supposed to be a two day job, its turning into two months and still on going. The company is seeking payment without finishing the initial installation and is calling it a service call. When we asked them for a date when they will return we were told that they will not return until we sign the certificate of completion. We do not have a problem with signing but as soon as they complete the job. We are getting harassing phone calls stating that they are going to call the bank to release payment and they are not sending anyone to finish the job. All we want if for the initial job to be completed. Upon reading other reviews I see that they are not trust worthy and I'm afraid if I sign the document without them completing the full job they will not return and I will be stuck making payments on something that is not done.

      Replaced all my windows and doors after Hurricane *****, even those unaffected by the 4 feet of water in my home. The front kitchen window never locked. They came 3 times to fix it and it worked for one day. Since July (10 years later) they have been at my house 3-4 times to measure, take pictures, place an order for new window, and back to take more pictures and measure. Unreal! Three times they were a no show with some assinine excuse, but then reschedule anywhere from one week to 2 months later for their next available even though you were their next call. I suggested I have another company fix the window but that would void my warranty ! Heaven forbid! Do yourself a favor and dont buy from Castle Windows, even with their lifetime ******** warranty.

      We had all of our windows replaced 10+ years ago. They have been great, seals still intact and they look great. Also a new front and rear door, both still looking great and solid.We called to have some screens replaced and get a new kitchen door installed to deck.Everyone has been very good. Our sales and install team is from the PA area, and I would recommend with no hesitation. ***** did the measurements and the screen replacements. Represent Castle so well. Professional friendly, and very efficient. Looking forward to the door installation.

      I don't even know where to begin. June 2nd, I live in a HOA. We told this to the rep who came to our home and gave us their garbage speech. I needed photos of the windows, and three doors that I was looking to purchase along with other information. We were told that nothing would be ordered till I had HOA approval. I had asked ********************* and other reps there for this information 8 EIGHT times till July 6th. We then sent an email canceling the job on July 15 because if they can't give up the info we need, then I won't go through with the install. A month later I called for a refund for the depots which we placed, and they said they didn't know about a cancelation or any issues. They ordered the windows and doors without any approval. They said they made a managerial decision. I still didn't have the photos and documents I needed. I went back and forth with them and their GM ***. *** likes to give this speech about how good we are and how long I have worked here and been in business for 60 years c*** He threatened with lawyers if we didn't go through with it. They said we had 3 days to cancel, yet anything after the 3 days, they can bs their way till they get what they want and do how they want to do it. He said the windows were done and at their place and the doors were done, they just needed to be painted. Early Sept, we agreed to just get the windows and doors done. We got HOA approval. About mid Sept the windows came but no doors. We were charged 12k when we were told no charges till the job was done. We called and questioned this. *** replied with well since the windows were done, we charged that part. No, they charged the whole thing, and the job isn't done. We were now told that the doors won't be ready till the end of November. This company is HORRIBLE. I don't like to complain much, and I just like to not deal with BS but STAY AWAY from this company. They will give you the run around.

      Terrible company as for service and warranty of product. Scheduling for repairs has been going on for over two years. They have either canceled or sent the wrong person to do a job that required a crew. There is no communication between each other within the company.There was damage done by installation and incomplete work on windows . Repairs were rescheduled over five times and once again they have canceled today. Dont use this company unless you want poor workmanship and poor customer quality control. ********************** for a business and being trust worthy this company has failed.

      To be fair I don't know about the product or installation performed by this company. This review is only about the sales pitch. I did not contact Castle - they contacted me after my info went into some website I had used about window replacement, but I figured I would give them a shot. The salesman was 1/2 hour early which is fine except that I was not even dressed yet since I thought I still had time. The salesman was super pushy and very condescending. He told me I didn't actually want a quality window because I was not willing to sign a contract on the spot. I informed him that I was under no circumstances making a decision until I met with all of the companies I had scheduled for estimates, but he kept trying to push me into it. He told me that no one could do windows for under $1000 unless they are giving you a bad quality window but proceeded to ask me if I would make a decision if he cut the price by $500 to get to $1000. I told him no again, that I still needed to read reviews and meet with other people and he again told me I didn't know what I wanted and how he had made $90,000 of sales yesterday, and insinuated he had wasted his time for my 3 window job (that will eventually be a 13 window job for the right company). Also during the demonstration of how sturdy the glass is - he slammed the bottom window into my wood floors. I get what he was doing but I spent a lot of time refinishing those floors, I didn't appreciate a window frame being slammed into it. Thankfully I was able to ***** him out the door without wasting too much of MY time.

      They are the worst company possible to deal with!! ***** work is horrible ! I dont even know where to start! Everything was wrong and there work is shoddy thats if they show up!! Then they charged us wrong! And now months later say we owe them more money! After ***** phone calls says the work bad , wrong!! Who leaves a job putting a new door on and it doesnt even close probably!! Unbelievably the worst company Ive ever dealt with!!! Besides being expensive!! ***** workers were not experienced at all they were ruin !! Dirty decusting workers !! Whole thing was a total nightmare with them!!!!

      I hade a window sash pin that broke. I texted ********************** for warranty repairs. 4 hours later, a representative called and set up a date for repairs. Repairs completed 7 days later. Very pleased with the repair and friendly repairman.

      Make sure you read the fine print. Our alarm company came the day before and extended our wires before our windows were put in. The installers broke some of the wires to where we had to get wireless alarms at an extra cost. Castle Windows said theyre not responsible for any damages. So if the burn your house down while installing theyre not responsible.
