      I have used ****************************** many times and have recommended them to everyone that needs their service.Any questions or concerns they always answer the phone and address any and all issues if there are any.

      Castle windows install my windows , patio door and main entrance door. They install wrong entrance door and they install windows and patio door wrong ( they install un evenly ) the all house cold , cold air and wind blowing through windows. My heating unit working crazy . I am paying $70 more than what I pay before changing my windows, doors. They came 4 times after the installation ( they install 9/2/2022 ) I paid full amount already. $3500 they took from me for the door alone and they install a door worth $549 ( ********** this same door $549.00. They took my order back in October 2021 , almost 1 year they took to install. Please kindly do something to correct this company behavior. This company need to shut down if they do lousy job like this. This company I will never recommend to anyone

      This is my second experience with Castle Windows. In 2017, I had Castle install three doors and six windows. I had ***** from Castle Windows - ************* stop by and gave me a good price for my remaining eight windows before Christmas 2022. Project manager, ****, stopped by for the measurements and addressed an issues with two windows from my previous install, which are being resolved with the warranty. Just had the remaining windows installed in February 2023 and they look great! Great experiences with Castle Windows and I would refer them to anyone.

      I am sorry I went with this company to have my A frame windows replaced. It started out with me giving them a deposit of over $5000 towards my purchase and I had to constantly call them to find out when the windows were to be installed since the 6 month period had passed after I threatened to call a lawyer I was finally contacted by the so called owner who told me I would have them put in in the next 6 weeks. They were put in but now that it is tax time and I need the proof of purchase of what the windows cost, they keep sending me the total amount including installation and will not give me the actual cost of the windows which were customed to fit. I called the office three separate times and they keep sending me the total cost I wasted an hour and a half and three days with no satisfaction a manager would not talk to me and one of the representatives told me her boss would not allow her to give me that information!!!They know that is necessary for tax rebates of energy efficient windows and refuse to give that out! I would never give them a good rating or recommend them to anyone. I am not sure I got the best company looking at the condensation build up when it got very cold this best December !!! Now I will not get my tax deduction because of their refusal! The *** should be contacted next!

      They do not service repairs. On 2 large bay windows and one single window installed on the same day. All 3 needed repairs. After 6 months of sending emails, pictures, more emails & pictures they ordered the repairs in Nov. of 2021. Aug. of 2022 the wrong widow repair parts arrived. It’s now Feb. 2023 and was just told the repair parts were ordered in Dec. of 2022. Do not order their windows if you expect them to stand by there warranty. Especially since the interior of the panes fill with condensation and you are unable to see through them for years.

      Purchased windows purposely because of their lifetime warranty. Now that I needed warranty repairs of course I get bounced around. Appointment window of 9am to 1pm and the tech comes at 2pm. Also they did not come out with the correct amount of replacement windows. I have emails and pictures sent to customer service describing the issues but when I spoke to someone about it they said they only had one replacement window down. She was very adamant about it and I even offered to forward the email showing the entire conversation explaining the number of windows affected along with pictures. No one communicates there!

      I had a sliding storm door installed in September of 2022. Installation was terrible. They did an awful job with replacing wood around the door and the spackle that they did was all cracked and all over the wall. Today, 1/31/23, I had a service appointment with ********** He came to my home on time to fix the shoddy job the installers did. He was courteous, explained everything he was going to do, and cleaned up after he was done. Castle Windows needs to employ more people like ************ would definitely recommend Castle Windows to friends.

      ************** had my the windows in my entire house replaced in 2018. What I like about Castle is the warranty, they have come out to repair the windows, corking, when needed. Do to the cold weather I am having my patio door replaced. Looking forward to that no more drafts. Sorry I didn't do this when my windows were replaced. I have been a satisfied costumer.
