      Placed an order 10 days ago and the tracking number that was provided states that it has not left the state of New York. Tried reaching to phone number and email provided on this business’s website and they are all invalid, emails were returned.

      I had ordered a new phone case to arrive the same timey new phone would arrive. Both orders were made on 5-16-2025. Got a tracking number with **** saying it would be delivered on the on 5-19-2025. **** marked it delivered, but there was no pic and no package. Emailed them on 5-20-2025 to be told it would be delivered either on 5-21 or 5-22, and apologized. Waited until 5-23 to still not receive my package. Now they are not replying

      Be aware of this phony website (Pinnacle Luxuries) for there are three issues I had with this company.The company appears to be running in the **** but the product comes from ***** and take very long time to get delivered.The website talks a lot of about how easy to return and get refund, as shown in the following link:*************************************************************************************************, the seller never respond you although the policy guarantees 1-2 days respond time to receive a return authorization. I had to return the case at my own cost although the product was falsely described.Most importantly, the product does not function as described. The iPhone case that allegedly has ******* does not get charged at all. The case appears to have the *************** but would not get charged. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the amount ($35) they charged. By the way, the product I got was wroth of only five dollars. It was a piece of garbage not luxury at all.

      I ordered a Military Grade Armor Wallet Case For Samsung Galaxy S22 / S22 Plus / S22 Ultra × 1 for Galaxy S22 Ultra / Blue. I ordered this particular item because they promoted the item as wireless charging capable and that is listed as a key feature.
      The item was received and given as a gift. What a disappointment! This is false advertising, this case is not wireless charging capable at all!!
      I emailed them asking on how to return the item and to please refund my $44.95 immediately.
      Weeks have went by and I’ve heard nothing from them.

      I purchased a leather covered iPhone case from Pinnacle Luxuries at the end of October. When it arrived on 11/7, I realized that it is not to my liking. I never used the case, and I promptly started a product return (return request ********************) through the company's website. I received an email indicating that my return request was being processed and to wait for a response.

      I have not received any communication since that time. I shipped the item to the address below, along with the original receipt. My package was returned

      I sent an email to [email protected] 11/26 explaining that my package was returned, and requesting instructions. I have not received any response since the 11/7 automated message. I sent another email 11/29 requesting instructions and explaining that i would report the issue to BBB if I did not receive a response.

      I ordered a watch band they sent me the wrong size i emailed them and told them it was wrong size I sent mine back to exchange it and I haven't received a new band or my money back

      I placed an online order for a product from this company. It was not the quality that was described and I contacted the business 5 times regarding a return and they never responded. They say they take returns and to initiate return but clicking on a link that does not exist. I emailed the company on numerous occasions and after over a week I still have not heard back.

      the product received is not as advertised. I e-mailed them to return and received no response. I tried to call them and the number does not work. I wish to return and receive a refund.

      On August 24th after a Google search to find a heavy duty military grade case for my Google pixel 9 pro xl to replace the cheap $14.99 one I bought on ****** I purchased what was supose to be a military grade case with camera protector for $54.99 from Pinnacle luxuries website.
      As soon as I received the case(marked in paper from China) upon opening was immediately upset. It was in fact the same exact cheap silicone case I had already purchased and was trying to replace from ******, not the military grade case as described on the website. Furthermore the camera cover doesn't even work.
      I contacted the company immediately via email AND submitted a return request which said I had to wait for approval and then they would tell me where to ship it to at my expense. I have since sent 3 more emails with no response to emails or return request. My best guess is that they will wait until after the 24th when 30 days has passed and tell me I am now outside their return window which is shady because I requested a return immediately but have never been approved or denied. No contact from this shady company at all!
      All I wanted was a military grade case and when I received a shaft silicone instead they need to kindly approve my return. The case is still sitting here in original packaging.
