      I should have done better homework as I am now learning this is a sub par business assuming it is at all legit. The absolutely do not response to my emails and tracking is very sketchy. I am likely forced to report them to my credit card company as a fraudulent transaction. Such a shame that the marketplace allows this to hurt people.

      I ordered my iphone case on a Sunday afternoon, minutes later I discovered I ordered the incorrect size. Immediately I contacted Pinnacle Luxuries for a change.Days passed and no reply. I initiated a disputed claim action, they replied a day or two afterwards. ****** assured me all would be remedied. I have now received the correct size, for my troubles they did so at no charge. Not an easy purchase but, satisfactorily resolved. Thank you Date of experience: April 10, 2025

      Someone needs to audit this company immediately. I am likely one of the few people who have time and energy to report what is effectively fraudulent business practices. How many other people are they stealing from?? AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 1 star is giving them too much credit. It took a week just to receive a tracking number for my order which didnt ship for another week. When the order arrived, much to my surprise what do I find.the package is empty. They sent an emptY package that was supposed to contain a single itemthe $100 watch band I ordered. No problem, let me follow up with them right? Its been a month, Ive followed up FOUR times including different email addresses each time and no response whatsoever. They are basically stealing my money, yet they arent accountable somehow? Why do they get to keep my money for something they never delivered?

      I have purchased 2 bands from Pinnacle over the last 3 years and love them both. The second band I ordered arrived with some damage and they sent me a replacement immediately at no charge.

      They did not send the watch band I ordered and paid for. I tried 4 times to contact them for replacement but they never responded. I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund.

      I purchased a Galaxy watch band from this company the price was ***** what they sent was a $3 at most watch band. I returned the watch band they told me that it was damaged so I would not get a refund. I don't know how they know it was damaged because when they sent me that email they had not received the watch band back yet. They have since change their mind and are giving me a full refund. This is a very dishonest company beware do not do business with them

      So I purchased a screen protector for my watch and it came cracked, tried email them and til this day no respond at all. Stay away from this company totally a scam artist and product wasn't exactly what they say it is. Stay away...

      I HAVE ISSUED A FRAUD DISPUTE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NO RESPONSIVE DESPITE MANY ATTEMPTS. SHAME ON YOU PINNACLE LUXURIES. I would not have had to do this if you would have just reacted to my many attempts. EVEN WITH MY ORDER NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS THE TRACKING ALWAYS SAYS NOT FOUND. I HAVE SUBMITTED A REQUEST TO CUSTOMER SERVICE MULTIPLE TIMES. LUCKILY MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY KNOWS HOW TO HANDLE THIS. SO FRUSTRATED.
