All deposits are NONrefundable. Company isnot liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will onlybe responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The clientassumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused duringthe duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. AlcoholConsumption and drug use is prohibitedby law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right toterminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part ofthe client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is notpermitted in some of their limousines and this is left to the discretion of thedriver. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged timedescribed on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination inwinter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Notresponsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to thedriver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot beloaded beyond seating capacity.
1) ACancellation fee equal to the total trip cost including gratuity will becharged for any cancellation that is made less than 24 hours before thescheduled pickup time. This also applies to reservations made within24 hours of the pickup time. They require 24 hours notice forcancellation. They are not responsible for passenger flights, which are missed, cancelled,diverted, or delayed or any other incident that results in failure tocomply with the required cancellation policy. They will execute their besteffort to fulfill client needs, in these instances, subject to wait time feesor late cancellations and re-bookings, without detriment to other reservedclients. 2) Company is not liable in the event ofmechanical breakdown while on vehicle and will only be responsible formaking up lost time at a mutually agreed date. 3) The client assumes fullfinancial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the durationof the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $100.00 for eachcarpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $250.00. Alcohol Consumption and druguse is prohibited by law. Any fines willbe paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run withoutrefund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). 4)Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged timedescribed on the run sheet from any location other than the Airport. At theAirport, wait time is NOT calculated after the Flight Arrival at Airport,rather from the ETA (estimated time of arrival) of flight one hour beforedriver is dispatched. For Domestic FlightTravelers, Half hour grace period is allowed and for International FlightTravelers, forty-five minutes grace period is allowed before Wait time isapplied from ETA. 5) We are NOT responsible for delays or the termination inwinter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.). 6)Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. 7) Balances to be paid tothe driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. 8) Vehicles cannotbe loaded beyond seating & Luggage capacity. 9) No-Show Policy: A no show feeequal to the trip cost plus applicable waiting time, tolls, parking, andgratuity will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designatedlocation for which a reservation has been made. If a passenger does not seehis/her driver, he/she MUST call their office to locate driver instead ofarranging alternate transportation immediately. 10) Not responsible to pay forany missed flights. 11) They reserve the right to switch vehicles before a runbased on availability without prior notice, if a vehicle that was previouslyrequested is unavailable or there is a risk of a driver not making it on timefor a pickup. 12) Early morning (before 5:00AM) or Late night(after11:00PM) PICK UP TIME will incur additional $10.00.
