    We signed a contract with ***** home improvements renovate our 2 nd floor of our home . Raise ceilings to roofline in 3 bedrooms , Living room and Dining room . As the project evolved we added the kitchen and entry way to the constructed areas . Demo started April 1 to mk it unlivable on second floor from this point on . We asked for a pause on work till mid May but ti start up again once permits are approved by township after much delay due to strict township he returned to do remainder of the framing work , and skylights once he responded to my questions of township approval in end of June . Then once framing was done end of July he had to hand in changes of scope of work to town and wait approval . Many calls and texts to get updates throughout project were not responded to , he even said for me not to go to town to inquire about the timeframe of approve because township offices dont like it when owners are involved through this 9 months we paid as per contract ********* now its 9 months into project and I decided to go to township office and inquire about holdup . And they had no record of project at all from Q &R !! We are at a loss the deception , irresponsible, corrupt nature of this gentleman / company !! What can we do next we are at a loss
