  HomeAdvisor rates the owner as 92% good, probably we need to start a thread to boycott using HomeAdvisor, as it is not providing a real evaluation of a contractor with regard to the work he does and delivers.

  BEWARE! Dont make the same mistake as me and do not hire this man. Hired him to do small minor job outdoor. Project shouldve taken 3 weeks like he said but instead were 4 months in and no end in site. He starts by promising the world, gives a contract that has 3 payments scheduled. Deposit initially, 2nd payment when he supposedly needs to buy materials and last payment upon completion. After you pay him a certain amount he just doesnt show up anymore. He doesnt answer your calls or texts. The off chance he answers you, he will give you every excuse under the sun and promises it will be completed as soon as possible but obviously thats a lie. He damaged ** neighbors garage and fence and get this HE IS NOT INSURED FOR WORK HE IS DOING. Stay away from this *****.

  Please STAY AWAY from this company. Had the worst experience with Q&R Home Improvements LLC and his owner, ***************************. Poor craftsmanship, unprofessional, and lack of integrity summarize my experience. Imagine 3 months of having no roof. Imagine your whole family being displaced, imagine the stress of dealing with an unprofessional contractor. I could no longer deal with it and had to move along and get a new contractor, who finished the entire project in 4 weeks,. The owner of Q&R LLC will give you the run around every time and lie that his crew is coming to work and then no one shows up for days and even weeks. There was always an excuse why work could not continue or resume, the typical was that he had to order materials or go far away to get them because they were not available. Another classic was that he was delayed because of the weather (too hot or too cold). Rain was always a no work day, even if things could be done indoors.Q&R LLC owner, ****************************, was never on site to monitor and oversee the work. There was no ownership on the work being done. Different people doing the work in patches over long periods of time. Horrible. Workers did not care either of what others did and how they did it. Poor Craftsmanship resulted in a FAILED INSPECTION. Q&R owner lied that framing inspection had passed and requested payment of the next installment. In good faith, I paid and suffered the consequences.Hope this review helps other customers out there to stay away from this company, and hope this helps Q&R LLC to improve as a company. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  Poor management, poor workmanship. Only interested in money. Bathroom should have taken 2-3 weeks, we are 3months. No shower, no sink, no electricity, wrong color painted on *************** isn't hooked up. Door just this week installed. We finally got the toilet installed after having to use a bedside commode. Won't return calls and doesn't show up for appointments.I would never recommend this company or owner to anyone. We are seniors and my wife has severe dementia.
