    I purchased a warranty over a year ago and cancelled it almost a year ago. Details on said warranty were incorrect and I found out when I tried to use it. Since it was practically null and voice since they had incorrect information, I didn't need it. Along with the fact that the cost didn't match what I was told either. I spoke to their manager *********************** maybe twice and now she's no longer reachable. I jumped through all the hoops regarding the cancellation process and had to contact them again to ensure they received it because verification and follow up isn't something they do.To this day I've yet to receive my refund. They claimed they were finally sending me a prorated check last month only for the check to never arrive because it wasn't addressed to me or anyone. Just a random zip code, I have proof of this from the post office. I've had various reps get angry with me for being upset about them not doing their job and being shady. Others have told me I shouldn't worry about a refund because it probably won't be much. I don't care if it was a dollar, it's the principle.****** claimed that must've been a check from someone else and there's no way her company would do such a thing. She couldn't answer the question as to how that happened and if they received the "check" back, granted tracking says the item was returned to sender. She also had this attitude as if I owe her money or that I've been lying about my poor experience with this shady company. Since they've taken up so much of my time and continue to fail at providing me a refund. I'll be starting a class action lawsuit with everyone that's left a review here and anywhere else I can find because there's clearly a pattern. I'll be contacting my attorney general and the one in Jersey next week.The time contacting them isn't worth it. I'll update my review or add another with contact details regarding the class action suit.

    We called to cancel a warranty and spoke with a ******* or a ********. We were told that in order to cancel the warranty , we would need to send over our manufacturers warranty. When we inquired as to why that was needed , she refused to give us any answers. We asked to speak with a supervisor , and again she refused and said she was a supervisor. After pressing further, she said that she would submit a ticket and a supervisor would call us back. Which we know is a lie. This company is a scam.

    EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WAS ABLE TO SOLVE MY ISSUE WITHIN 5 MINUTES AND WHILE MAINTAING THEIR POLLITENESS
