      I keep getting a charge EVERY WEEK that looks like this on my credit card:GANNETT NEWSPRPR NE ************ IN$7.99When I call the toll-free number it says it doesn't recognize my information, and to contact my local newspaper. I do not receive a local newspaper. I do not have an online subscription (to my knowledge) with any newspaper. Whenever I see a newspaper article posted on FB for example, I am locked out due to no subscription. I keep canceling this weekly through my credit card, but would like to have the re-occurring charge canceled permanently by the company. Please provide me with some sort of avenue to do so. Thank you

      Please accept this as confirmation we have received a complaint from your offices regarding ************** and her multiple digital accounts. Based on the information included in this complaint I have located two ************************** digital subscriptions (********** & **********) that were active. As a courtesy, I have stopped these accounts on their respective expiration dates of 8/18 & 8/28 and also removed her credit card. 

      Digital subscriptions are a non-refundable service. The only way to start a digital subscription is to provide full credit card information and to accept the terms of service, which states the non-refundable policy.  It is the subscriber's responsibility to check their statements each month and notify us immediately when there is a problem. 

      We appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns.
