      The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They robbed all passengers of money at the gate and threatened to not let you fly unless you paid extra.

      Long story short I missed only half of my flight due to TSA issues in ******** last year but they made me pay for another full flight and I have spent a year trying to get a refund for this and customer service has given me the run around and ABSOLUTE disaster.

      The worse company I have to deal with. had a flight originally booked for the 31st. got to the airport to check in and I was told that I cannot get on the flight because they overbooked. they were so rude, refused to put me into another flight, didn't offer anything not even an apology. on top of it, I was told I have to buy another flight. So I had to spend **** dollars on another ticket with SATA airlines. I've been unable to get my refund since then. Customer Service extremely rude and waste of my time. Only giving one star, because I have no choice.

      This really a zero star review. DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE. They lost my luggage, rules constantly change, no one answers the phone and the website does NOT work so its impossible to get resolution. I was without luggage for 10 days and received no compensation

      DISCRIMINATORY AGAINST FAMILIES. The entire process to reserve tickets for my family has been terrible. In order to reserve my tickets for myself, my husband, and our two small children, I had to spend an hour on the phone because the website wasn't working. I just called to find out information regarding strollers and carseats because the information on the website is ambiguous, and I spent another hour speaking with someone while they tried to figure it out. In the end, my question was not resolved after waiting an hour because the call agent and his supervisor couldn't figure it out, so I was told to call back tomorrow, but the conclusion is that I have to choose to bring either a car seat OR a stroller free of charge. Not both. This is the first airline I have encountered that did not allow both a stroller and car seat to be checked free of charge for children under 5. The stroller is a small umbrella stroller and completely folds up and weighs less than 10 pounds. I am being told that I will have to pay $210 per stroller. A stroller and a carseat are not the same thing and serve different purposes so it doesn't make sense to ask parents to choose one or the other. Both are required for safe travel. As a side note, at the time I was reserving my tickets there was no way to guarantee we would be seated together as a family. Not even paying a fee would guarantee that we are seated together. Their policy discriminates against families.

      I am disgusted with this airline. They took my money. We had tickets to go to ******** last Summer. My wife had to have a knee replacement and we had to cancel the trip 1 month prior to departure. We were told to provide documentation to corroborate, which we did. We expected to be given a credit voucher to travel this Summer. Instead after numerous contacts with no response, we discovered that an insignificant credit was sneakily issued and they appropriated themselves of almost all the money. I am outraged at being robbed of my money. I have been trying to get them to review and send me the voucher, but they do not even respond. You cannot get to deal with the people making the decisions. These guys are crooks. I will not stop getting my money back and I am going to let as many people know what kind of business this is. I have traveled with this airline and never had any issues, but now it seems that the people running are crooks. I give them a 0 rating. This was not the only problem I had, but the other eventually got resolved. Beware!!!

      The worst airline ever. Never returned the money for my canceled flight. Refused to connect me to the manager on the phone. Hung up on me.

      Do not fly air Portugal! They canceled my flight in 2020 and Ive been unable to get my refund since then. Customer service is extremely unhelpful and youll waste hours of your time sitting on hold. Dont recommend.
