    Business Name: National Retail Solutions (NRS)Review Title: Deceptive Fees, Misleading Returns, and ************************************ Im extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience using NRS. As a small business owner, I chose NRS expecting a reliable POS solutionbut instead, I was met with hidden fees, nonstop ads, and a customer service team thats either unresponsive or outright dishonest.From day one, the system bombarded my screen with irrelevant advertisements through their GetMists platform. These ads slowed down my POS, disrupted transactions, and added clutter to my workspace. When I asked how to turn them off, I was shocked to find out it would cost over $35/month just to disable themsomething that was never disclosed up front. It felt like I was paying them to advertise to my own customers.On top of that, the return process has been an absolute nightmare. After deciding the company and system wasnt a good fit, I was told a return shipping label would be emailed to me. Days went byno email. Multiple follow-ups were ignored. When I finally got through to a representative, I was suddenly told I had to wait 60 days before returning the equipment, even though this was never part of the original agreement. They outright lied about the return process, delayed communication intentionally, and showed a complete lack of transparency throughout.Their customer service is disorganized and dismissive, and its clear theyre more focused on trapping customers with fees than actually providing value. Ive worked with other POS companies and never had an experience this bad.If youre a business owner considering NRS, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Between the deceptive advertising model, misleading return policies, and lack of accountability, this company is a risk to your operationsnot a partner in your success.

However, the account was suspended in May 2025, and no refund will be processed as we received a chargeback for the invoice ******* for the total amount of $985.68, which corresponds to the down payment and 2 installments.     **************** dont care about their customers money I been a customer for over 2 years great Pos but something dosent add up with their credit card cash discount they tell you 4% and 0 surprises every month u have to call because deposit dosent match sells they take more than 4% it looks more like 7%_8% somone from customer service supervisor should have called me back after 2 hours in the phone been waiting for 3 weeks now and I call back n they want just to spend time on the phone case number is ******* store number mandm *****

    I have been using their systems for multiple locations from many years. I have been using their NRS GAS POS for my gas station located in ************** from 2+ years. Have paid all support fees and they also forced me to use their credit card processing which I agreed too. I have been having trouble with selling ************* with their POS from past 3 months. They are not able to fix it. Every time they come up with different if and buts - ***** done on my business. They have no technician who can come out to fix the problem, after me agreeing to pay the trip and other charges they might occur even after paying their monthly support fees. I have been losing almost $ ****** in sales every month and losing the customers forever as they come to fill up gas and it's not working most of the times. They have the time logs when it stopped working for all these months, but their developers, support staff and CEO of the company are happily enjoying their life and does not care about small business like us where whole family is suffering because of their POS System. Please do not get this GAS / Petro POS from NRS. They just DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND CUSTOMERS BUSINESS.

    I would give ZERO rating . Bunch of scam artists. They are just trying to to make money of you. They will say one thing before you sign the contract and then change everything up after you sign the contract. So get everything in writing. If you buy a business with existing NRS pos system make sure you get new POS system from them. Not pay $600 so called transfer fee and you still have s***** old system. For CEO your company just wants money.

    The worse company I have ever had the experience of dealing with. Its honestly feeling like its not a real company. They just took my money in deposits from July 5th and stopped depositing the money and played dumb yesterday when we called and addressed them. The next step is going to be a complaint with the BBB to do an investigation against this company and the negligence. Ive got emails on emails to provide as proof
