      Theyre great with their INITIAL communication regarding power outages, but they dont maintain that level of communication throughout the DURATION of a power outage. They told us the **** would be back on by 8:45 pm, and its currently 9:53 pm! Still no power, and Im trying to call their designated number for outages. But theyre not answering! The ringer for the call just continues and continues until the call eventually fails. Im disappointed with PSE&G, and I wish they had better customer **********************.

      hello guys,I have service with Pseg and a contract for warranty to repair appliances like my gas dryer, these incompetent technicians have been at my residence to repair this ************** dryer 4 times, it is not fantasy but incapability I lost almost 4 days at work, and earnings of course. these guys where just here(4 time) and left without repairing and with no valid explanation, knowing it failed three times previously and ordering multiples parts, they should have come prepared, soldiers with out logistics?. *************************, the supervisor called me offering me 50 dollars and that they cannot fix the machine and there is no support from Electrolux, when you start the service, Pseg asked you what kind of machine and brand you have, Pseg is failing to the contract, it is a rip off. he insisted that did not fail, they diagnostic, and I said then it confirms you failed because still not working and you have been here 4 times, again, you should have come prepared and well versed on this appliance knowing they failed fixing it multiple times already. I need your support please, this kind of non integrity businesses need to stop. *** is the supervisor above *****, just call me and express that they will do nothing and told me do my own research for an external technician, unbelievable. they will not reimburse the money will cost me and the earnings missed from work. Also mentioned that as kindness they left the parts, completely untrue.

      I have a dangerous low hanging pseg electrical service line hanging on my property connected to my house. Sent multiple emails (*****) phone calls etc. Was told it was a telephone wire , not so, sent pics. Told they would repair. Then told I had to do it. I suppose we will have to wait until someone is hurt.

Washing Machine Protection$8.69 Effective Date 02/20/2021 03/29/2023 They came since our refrigerator stopped working & gave us a note saying we needed to contact seller ************* as it is manufacturers repair only putting us in spot to go back to seller ( who we did not take warranty from ) trusting **************************** reputatiion for so many years in business.Then on April 3 rd supervisor sent us the email as below : ****************************************************************************************************************************************************** *********************** Supervisor Mid-Central ***** Goods We indirectly end up buying new refrigerator at ****** for $2149 with no other choice due to food spoilage & no help from PSE&G. Since they were not able to fix , they could have back us up with either Reimbursement for the same or replacement , but did not offer anything to help us as customer , which is not fair to us *******************

      WORRY FREE SERVICE? More like WORRISOME! My stove is 4 yo. First repairman said to throw it out. Second said it was leaking carbon monoxide. Their own emergency people came back and said it was not. Third repairman said they would order parts, but did not. They said the parts were unavailable. I found them online and gave them the link. My stove, under service contract, is still not fixed and I will probably need to fix it myself. What a ripoff. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Their contracts used to be good but not anymore.

      Received a phone call from PSEG and then another phone call from their technician but was at work and missed their call. Tried calling them back an hour later and asked them what the phone call was about and the representative asked if I was calling from ********. After I said yes they said they need transfer me to the ******** facility and instead hung up on me? Terrible customer ********************** and I don't even know what they needed from me. What the f*** PSEG. If I could give 0 stars I would.

      They estimated our last bill for a timeframe we weren't living there (our lease had already expired) at $50 dollars, and then told me how they can't backpay any mistakes because they didn't have the paperwork...the paperwork to prove that we weren't living there, even though someone else had requested to take over services during that period.

      They have horrible customer **********************. No one knows what they are doing and they are very unprofessional. They are not helpful at all neither in person or over the phone. I called concerning a bill issue and no one can give me a straight answer. They are telling me I can only pay cash, but charged my bank account and said they never received it, so I spoke to the bank and the bank said the payment went through. I had to go to the actual store and payed what I owed in full and sent the receipt to the bank so they could refund me for what I paid already. So I have the proof that I paid, but they are adding the charge again because they said the money was returned even though I paid it in cash.

      For the last three years since I bought my house, Ive been paying my PSEG bills faithfully on a monthly basis without any outstanding balances. To my big surprise at the end of the month I received a **** of $640.97. When I called to complain about the ****, the lady told me that this is a **** for 6 months. When I asked how come, she told me that the technicians couldnt get to my house. Found that hard to believe since all my meters waters and light are outside. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she was very reluctant and told me it will take 3 business days in order to have some feedback from the supervisor. I kept on calling, email them. Finally someone by the name of *** spoke to me and said that he will put an hold on my account and send someone to read it again. Today August 3rd received a **** for, $ ******. When I started to argue with whoever was on the line, he told me this time that the technician said: they couldnt get access to my building because the landlord was not thereTo make a story short spoke with a supervisor by the name of ***** that repeat the same story , and told me no matter what I have to pay the ****. The only brilliant idea that he comes up with is to give me a deduction of $75 , change the meter, and place me on payment arrangements. This is what you call extortion why am I being punished for their incompetencies for failure to do their job. This terrible and illegal to do that to someone.
