    We had booked parking at their Philadelphia location last week and on our return we waited over an hour in the cold watching shuttle after shuttle pass us and a few other customers. Upon finally being picked up they explained that they accidentally over booked and could not grab everyone. While I understand that is frustrating, it is not my fault and we should be refunded our money after being left out in the cold at night. Every attempt to reach them has been met with silence after being assured by our driver that the customer service would be able to assist us with a Refund.

    Booked parking for 19th to 24th September 2024. When i got back to parking lot to pick up my car, Left rear tire had big nail on the side of tire. I took my car to ****** for tire repair and they said This cannot be fixed, you would have to replace the tire. New tire Costs $300. Business did not take any responsibly of my damaged vehicle. I would like business to pay me back my parking fee($66.06) for inconvenient and $300 for new tire.

    We parked our 2022 Honda Passport on 6/28/24 at approximately 5am. When we returned to pick up our vehicle on 7/2/24 we found it was hit in the rear, and scratched down the entire passenger side of the car. We filled out a claim and sent to email addresses. They said management would call. They never did. The last call they said he was out of the country. We got an estimate to repair. It's $3,900.00 without getting dealership to recalibrate sensors after body work done.we want repairs paid for.

    I parked my car at ARB Parking in January while I was traveling. When I picked up my car, my windshield was broken. I told the attendant, who told me a manager would contact me the next day. Since then, I have repeatedly called to get some resolution, to pay for the damages to my car, but every time I call someone tells me that a manager will contact me. The estimated damaged cost is $350.

    1/3/24 Drop at ********************************** 1/11/24 Returned to **********************************.i called to be picked up. 5 to 10 min pick up according to their website. Driver showed up ******************************** at the airport at 6:30 am. I had to call a Lyft to take me to my car. I called ARB Parking but was left on hold over 10 min. Reservation Number ******** $74.60

    After returning to collect my car I had a dent in my car door that will be an added expense to repair and company is refusing to take accountability.

    I left my brand new truck on their parking lot during my vacation from August 17th-August 22nd. I paid $89.19 for the service. At the day of the pick-up (August 22nd at **** am) I found out scratches and a dent on a rear passenger side between the wheel on the back door. People who worked there gave me a complain form to fill in , they said to get a quote from a body shop and they would contact me in ***************************** so I kept calling them numerous of time and when they picked up the phone they said they would call me back but they never did. I had no feedback till now. The whole body of the truck is made of aluminum and due to the dent the body shop has to replace whole panel. I was suggested to email them an estimate from the body shop but I got no response. As a proof Im attaching a few pictures and estimate form the body shop. Additionally Im adding screenshots of a conversation with a parking lot manager. I expect the total refund of repairing my truck at the body shop estimated for $1,382.51.

    During 10:48pm departure: The driver has no clue what a terminal in ************** is. Does not follow the confirmation order on who's turn is it. The company claims to be self park but they are not. I do not like giving up my keys to a valet guy. They clearly lied on there website that they are a self park business. Where I can park in there lot and remain with my keys during my flight out of **************.
