    Absolutely HORRIBLE! Cheap but comes with a side of BAD attitudes. This is my first time using them and NEVER AGAIN! Not only did they dropped us off at the wrong terminal but when we went to go get picked up by their one and only shuttle, they sent us explicit instructions on how to meet them at ********** (our initial drop off location). The shuttle arrived 30 min late when they kept telling us 10 min. Then when the shuttle arrived he had 2 seats left with 5 people including us waiting the same 30 minutes to be picked up. When we called to get an estimate for another shuttle they guy starts arguing with us then proceeded to GASLIGHT US like a toxic high school relationship telling us its OUR fault FOR THEM PUTTING TERMINAL B INSTEAD OF C! We then had to pay for a taxi for us to get to our car after waiting an hour. When confronting him at the office he gave a worse attitude, disregarded my concerns proceeded to argue saying its my fault while Im showing him our ticket that clearly states **************** this HORRIBLE experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND. There are a lot of closer inexpensive lots around with a more organized system.

    I paid online and reserved my spot. The reservation asks make and model of the car. The day we got there at 5:00 AM the person behind the desk informs me that it will be $35 dollars more because my car is a Traverse. They knew that when I paid originally. I felt there was no choice but to pay it because either I would have to leave and go somewhere else (we were there and had to make a plane) or argue and have them do something to my car. In addition to the extra fee, they said it had to be paid in cash and could not be charged. I hope the owner sees this because I am sure that money did not go to him

    The lack of customer service from the ********************** lot is completely appalling. It has been a month since my return and there has not been one contact after many emails and phone calls.The disrespect for my property is apparent. When I picked up my car I immediately saw my key was broken and when I brought it to the attendants attention he told me it that happens sometimes. Then he tried to tell me it was dropped off like that. Lastly he told me to just fill out the form and send an email to get it resolved which I did before I left.I have since called multiple times and was told a manager would call me back each day that I called which never happened. Today during my call I was told the manager has been out of the country and unsure when he will return. I was denied an email or phone number to connect with the owner. I also contacted way.com as it was booked through them and they told me they could not help me either. Terrible customer service, terrible employees, and no respect for the people who are paying for your services.

    If I could leave negative stars I would SORRY FOR THE HANDWRITING YOU WILL SEE. I have an injured hand.Driver threw my new bag on top of all the other bags in the back of the shutter and watched it fall down around 10 feet, the inside bar that allows me to lift the handle has broke, since he threw the bag on top while the top handle was risen up once the bag fell it broke that handles interior, the driver then decided to put all his weight and push down the handle to close, the handle never was able to be used and I spent all my trips dragging the bag around as the handles did not rise up or work ***************** I am still waiting for a complaint to be answered for over a month although they said they get back to people within ***** hours!

    Worst decision to park with ARB parking. They Costed me thousands of dollars worth of my belongings and said they will reimburse me for their mistake and has been avoiding me for months. They even blocked my phone number. I parked with ARB parking and during my transit to my terminal the *** shuttle driver mistakenly removed my luggage from the Van and gave it to another passenger. I frantically got Police involved as well as port authority. They found that passenger and he did not have my bag and mentioned that the he told the driver it wasn't his but the driver left it on the road and took off. I have recordings of all of my conversations with ARB parking including them admitting this was a driver mistake. I had several expensive designer items in my luggage. I've tried contacting them for months and they keep avoiding me. They now even blocked my number. I tried everything to be nice about it and they keep promising me they will make things right but never return any of my calls. They caused me to lose many sentimental items, my international flight, my New years Plans, and my relationship with whom i was going to see. This company should not even be in business for such terrible service.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THIS IS A TERRIBLY RUN OPERATION WITH RUDE EMPLOYEES. My experience is consistent with many reviews that are posted online. Waited 45 minutes at a non-peak time (early evening on a Monday) for pickup from the terminal. There is no way to reach them during the wait because the phone numbers are not working. Van driver was hostile, threatening and coudn't care less about the delay.Van itself was dirty and in poor mechanical condition.Parking lot is poorly maintained.

    If I could give this place a 0, I would have. They are false advertising! The only reason, I didn't call my bank to fight the charges is because they actually kept my car, so in fairness; but their business practices and professionalism are garbage!! And they will over-charge you, or try to keep your car to charge you an extra day, which is the charge I will dispute When it is time for a pick up, their app says 'a *** of 15 mins wait' but that is a lie, a FAT one!!! Expect a wait time like mine of 45 mins, and if it is winter - good luck, and do not try calling the # provided, they have no satisfaction and may hang up on you because they have no answers or resolutions. The business operates like a dad, uncle and two sons that owns the business and working there. This is a cheap place of business - and apparently they only have 2 drivers. All the people giving a 5/5 has got to be their friends and family, or one of those companies that you pay to provide good reviews on your site. There is no way that this is a 5/5 star rating. Please save your money! Go somewhere else.

    Horrible experience avoid! My wife made a reservation with ARB parking at their ****** location because the place we normally use was full. It falsely says that you can park your own car and take your key with you. Just pulling in the lot I got a bad feeling. There were cars parked everywhere 5 deep only inches apart in some cases. The lot is a disorganized mess with potholes and ruts everywhere. If I wasnt worried about missing my flight I would have tried to find somewhere else to park. A couple of days later I returned. The shuttle came quickly but the driver drove like a madman. Once back at the lot I took a walk around my car. My drivers side fender had been pushed in and scraped by or against something. I immediately got the attendants and notified them. They took pictures and said the manager would call me in the morning.I did not receive a call. The next afternoon I called them but was told the manager wasnt in. Over the next few days I called multiple times and finally got a manager on the phone. He said they had lots of cameras and that he would review the footage and get back to me. He never got back to me. I stopped by the location on several occasions but was always given the runaround. If you want a safe place to leave your car avoid this place at all costs. They will damage your vehicle and endlessly give you the runaround. If you dont believe me check out the reviews for their NY location it appears they split off the ****** location in August ( probably because of all of the horrible reviews like this one).
