    I parked my car here for a three day trip. When I retrieved my car, it appeared to be tampered with as there was a sound that suggested a loose panel somewhere. I called to ask for CCTV footage to see if there was anything that happened to the car while I was gone. The website boasts the following: "Our Newark Airport parking lot features a state-of-the-art surveillance system and is patrolled by our staff to ensure your vehicle stays safe and secure while you are away." When I called the operator told me that they didn't do investigations if you drove off the lot. He passed my claim onto the manager who called me "silly" and said that they did not have a responsibility to keep cars safe while they were parked at the facility. Additionally, he berated me over the phone. This unprofessional behavior and misrepresentation on the website led me to filing this complaint.

    Fact, we did say she was silly. Were being polite. Actually, she is stupid and trying to extort money from us. We are a SELF park facility. We DO NOT have a camera on all 800 parking spots in the facility. 30 years in business, and ths is the dumbest complaint we have ever had. All she wanted was a refund. NO ONE did anything to her car! She claims SOMEONE did SOMETHING to her mud flap! Are you kidding? We will do NOTHING to help with this persons complaint. Sorry.
