    This customer did not show up for a guaranteed reservation she had made. We held a spot just for her car. She went to the wrong place. Our address is on all correspondence including the reservation form she needed to enter our facility, She called to cancel too late and was told she could not get a refund. When she reserved, PRIOR to making the payment, there is a page that explains, very clearly, what our refund and cancellation rules are. You have to sign off that you agree to this BEFORE you pay and finalize you reservation. When she called to cancel, she was told the policy, she became irate and started yelling at us. I said ** and hung up on her. THEN, she contacts about 6 people asking them all to give us a 1 star review on ******. So we get multiple 1 start reviews from people who have never even used or service. She was just trying to hurt our business because she was mad at us for her s**** up.THIS is the first and ONLY time in 30+ years in business, that we threatened to release her contact info. We only threatened because we wanted her to stop having friends give us a bunch of 1 star reviews. Unfortunately, this is all a business can do to defend itself against people who do this!

    You released personal information and threatened to release more as a business owner. Your version of events are false and accusing a consumer of conspiring to ruin your business is a demented accusation that you have yet to prove. You admitted to committing a crime to defend your business over a SINGLE one star review which Im entitled to give based on my experience with your company. Then you proceeded to harass me leading me to having to file a police report.
