    I parked my vehicle at this garage from 4/14/24-4/22/24.I was shuttled to ************** for my flight to *******,*******. I arrived back from my trip around 1am on 4/22/24. I called the shuttle service from this garage at least (15) times without anyone answering the phone. I was forced to pay a taxi service $35.00 to take me to the parking garage. I requested to speak with a manager about refunding me and was told the manager named *** was not available until the morning. I have called *** and spoke with him a few times but when I requested a refund *** refused to answer my calls. I am requesting that *** send me a check in the amount of $35.00

    I paid to park my car at this lot by a 3rd party vendor WAYS I paid in full with my credit card. When I got to the lot there was an additional charge because I had an SUV ***** Edge which is the SAME size as most mid size cars. Since MOST people in ** have SUVs or similar this CLEARLY was a ploy to extract more money from unsuspecting customers)I was getting ready to catch a flight so this was another PLOY to FORCE people into paying. I had time to call the company I pre paid with and they told me that the parking garage added the additional fee and since it was after 12noon, my parking appointment I could NOT have a refund. I was going to take a refund and move my car) I had no choice at this point but to PAY the additional fee. It was then pointed out to me that AFTER I had paid the 3rd party parking website I had gotten an email telling me of an additional SUV fee. THIs was NEVER disclosed prior to booking the parking spot. It was AFTER the company took my cc. The fee was 80 dollars in cash, but since I did not have cash I had to pay ****** additional to the original online fee I had paid for the parking spot.I am very upset about this bait and switch. Once I paid the online fee of ****** for the parking spot I assumed my spot was secured at this fee. I had no idea when I arrived prior to my flight I would have an additional fee.I want the additional fee returned to me and this company to be fined/etc for this bait and switch on unsuspecting travelers. This has people in a terrible situation when they think they have paid for a parking spot and they are forced into paying additional monies.

    On all websites we work with our oversize vehicle policy is clear. Before making any reservation with us the listing description states that Station Wagons/SUVs/Trucks will be charged additionally at the lot. ****************** has a **** Edge which is considered a Midsize SUV according to ford.com, the vehicle manufacturer. We charge all oversized vehicles based on the manufacturer's description of the vehicle. As a result of our oversize vehicle fees, our online prices are far lower than any of our competitors in the area. Not only do all websites inform the customers of the oversize vehicle fees, but there are also multiple signs informing all of our policy onsite. All customers are responsible to read the full description of the listing before booking.

    The EXTRA cost is only known AFTER booking and paying in full.

    This EXTRA charge is only discovered after cc payment is processed.
