    This lot was literally the worst to work with. First, their listed address leads you to the wrong building. Second, when we called the number to get directions to the lot after circling the neighborhood for 10 minutes we were told to take side streets through a warehouse section that looked straight out of a movie crime scene. Third, when we finally arrived the representative and his manager were rude and tried to upcharge us because our ***** CRV is considered an "oversized vehicle." We purchased our reservation through ************************************** and nowhere did it state on the website there may be a charge for "oversized vehicles." Another customer that was settling her reservation said they tried to pull the same scam with her. We left with a full refund and parked elsewhere. We are reporting this parking lot to the Better Business Bureau and have notified ************************************** about the incident to help protect other consumers.

    The website says the shuttle leaves every 15 minutes. That's a lie. There's only one shuttle. Website says self-park but when you arrive they take your keys. The wait time at the airport after I called for them to pick me up was nearly 45 minutes. The bathroom was nasty! Stay away from these crooks! While waiting for my ride back to my car I saw several other shuttles come and go multiple times, so now I have ideas of who to use next time. Would not use "Pacific Parking" or "Royal Parking" again.
