    We were hit by tornadoes on ***** December 2021. In January 2022, I emailed Budgenista aka Live Richer Academy to cancel my membership. Having to deal with the cleanup, rebuilding, and restoring after the tornado hit our community was VERY time-consuming, and I didn't need any additional unnecessary charges. Recently, my account was charged for this membership. And although we are still recovering from the tornado, I now have the time to review my bank statements only to find that the membership had NOT been cancelled. I contacted the company after finding their email address and was told they would not provide me a refund from the Jan 2022 cancellation because they didn't have a record of my cancellation. I have not been on the site since before 2022 since I had cancelled the membership, which they are VERY much aware of. However, they still refused to provide me with a refund. When I joined the membership, I wanted to learn how to utilize my finances better. After dealing with this, now I see that this was not a good investment and would not recommend them because of how they have mishandled me as a customer.

    Some of they information was good. Im not pleas they did not send out a reminder of when the payment was due it was a year ago. Ive canceled and they still pulled from my account. They say they respond in just a few hours which is not the case if no response in 24 I will be disputing the payment. Thats not a good way to conduct business. If it says something on your site please honor it
