      On May 12, I initiated an international money transfer with Boss Revolution for $500. Per the app, the transfer was advertised as being processed within 2 hours. Once I made the transfer I was called by Boss Revolution to verify my information. I provided they asked for in a follow up email which was accepted and was told that the transfer was on the next step to be transferred. On May 13, the transfer was still pending and I followed up regarding the transfer which they told me was pending final verification and apologized for the wait. The app failed to properly advertise that transfers may take more than 2 days than the 2 hours initially promoted for debit cards. On May 14, I received a text and email from Boss Revolution stating that my transfer was abruptly cancelled because they supposedly couldnt verify my information and directed to call a wrong number for Boss Revolution. Also, my account with ******************** was locked out and was also directed to call customer service.When I called there was no option 3 and have been on hold for 3 hours. This is misleading advertisement and rather questionable practice.I sent this complaint to the consumer bureau and per Boss Revolutions response, they were supposed to provide me documentation as to why my information did not pass the anti fraud verification. Following Boss Revolutions response, I received an email from Boss Revolution stating that they could not divulge the reason as to why my transfer was canceled and account blocked.This is utterly unacceptable and outright questionable business practice of blacklisting and mistreatment of customers.

      This company deserves 0 review.It's 48 hours I sent money, the receiver can't cash, I cancel the transaction and can't not have a refund. **************** is totally absent, support team takes days to respond.Please BBB, I invite you to ban this business in the ***. They are scammers and have no reason to operate in this country.

      Beware, everyone!!!! I used the Boss revolution app to send money on December 1, but my recipient has not received anything 30 days after the transaction. They promised to contact the bank when I called them on the 3rd day of the transaction, and since then, I have called over 6 times hearing the same story. I later realized that the transfer was routed to a current account instead of savings. The big question is "How can one account number exist for both savings and current accounts?" I tried a similar transaction with ************* knowingly selecting a current account instead of savings and the transaction was declined immediately flagging that such an account does not exist. Please make sure you're sure of the recipient's account type before sending your money, otherwise, it will go to Boss revolution's fraudulent dummy account!
