BOUGHT a Panasonic Electric ****** in Nov. 2024, from ******. I am an elderly senior living in an Assisted Living facility. Need to have electric razor as I have a tremor. Tried chat with ****, spent three days finding that it is in warranty for 2 years from date bought. The customer support email was horrible, incompetent, unprofessional and told me to find someone to mail it away to them since I have an aide. Rude also. I paid an aide to mail it to them after they refused to send a new one when I promised I would return the defective one back to them with a prepaid mailer. NO WAY. It cost me $15.50 to mail with tracking which they insisted I do and insurance fee. Then I paid the aide to take to UPS,Panasonic does NOT CARE ABOUT ELDERLY WITH ISSUES EVEN THOUGH **** ON PHONE CHAT SAID IT ESCALATED THE ISSUE TO HIS SUPERVISOR. THAT HAD TO BE A LIE. Next thing I know I had to send in claim form, with the copy of invoice, which I had person help me do, package, and bring to UPS.Panasonic corporation does not supply a live phone number to call, and do not make exceptions to anyone at any reason. So now I wait to see what they actually do to help me. In the meantime, without an electric razor to use. I have someone helping me write this review.

Bought a fairly expensive microwave that died with a power supply issue a few days after the 1 year warranty ran out. No easy way to track down how repairs are supposed to be done, or how one is to find authorized repair shops. **************** is non-existent. ********************** used to be known for quality products, not any longer, clearly. Failing right after the warranty period is pathetic. How many 1 star reviews does it take before Panasonic assembles a decent customer support team?

Bought a Panasonic microwave less than 5 months ago. All at once quit working, started shooting sparks, then tripping the breaker. We have always used microwave safe dishes, and yet this continued to happen. Too late to take back to *********** where we bought it, but still within Panasonic warranty of 1 year. Filled out all information requested, but no one gets back to you except to say the following "thank you for contacting the Panasonic Support Center. I have escalated your case further to our next level of support. Please wait for the resolution that will come via email." That was almost a week ago. Can't get a hold of any one. Just want my money back. Panasonic is not a good product for a microwave. Less than 1 star.

Do not purchase Panasonic products! We purchased a Panasonic microwave from Target on August 5th. The microwave has stopped working. (Only heats for a few seconds then shuts off with no trouble code on screen; sporadically at different times. Sometimes, the screen blanks-out and the microwave will appear to keep running indefinitely with no response on cancel/stop buttons. At this point you have to unplug the microwave to force stop it). When attempting to go through the Warranty process, Panasonic directs me to a webform to input my address to find the nearest service center. This service center is the only option given and unfortunately, according to ******* they are "permanently closed". Their service center phone number is also out of order. Today, I tried calling Target in ****** on Alcoa to see if they could recommend a solution. I made around 20-ish calls over a 15 minute period because their phone (when selecting customer service desk option) disconnects at different amount of seconds; sometimes 10 sometimes 30 and between. There were a couple of moments it started sounding as if someone was answering the phone and then immediately hanging up. Well, upon the last call... someone answered and forgot to hit the hang-up button because they said "I am tired of these phones ringing". Then the phone was not hung up. I stayed on the line for about 2 minutes saying "hello", and pressing numbers trying to see if they could hear me. But the continued to walk around and talk as the phone made microphone on fabric rustling sounds.I called Target Corporate and made a complaint about the store.Target was unable to reach Panasonic for comment and told me that they are sad to inform me; they are not responsible for resolving this kind of issue regarding manufacturer warranties or issues with the manufacturer Target is just a seller of the product and its beyond the return period; end of discussion.Panasonic is unreachable.

Bought 2 of their 4K players took them both back by the way, Their customer support is a joke no phone number and when you do it always refers you to the website, and that's a joke in itself. No help so I told them I would write a review about their junk product, and here I am following through.

The company's live chat line doesn't work. There is no contact phone number for consumer support. Emailing for help doesn't cut it. Someone needs to wake up at panasonic.

This company is a joke. Bought a microwave from ****** in August of 2021. The microwave has quit working not even a month after the warranty expired. **************** is completely unhelpful - they just keep repeating that it needs to be brought to the closest location to be evaluated. This location is 40 miles from my house. I am not driving that far when the microwave does not turn or heat. This microwave should be replaced!

I bought a Panasonic microwave oven, through Amazon, in January of this year (2022).Just 7 months later it suddenly started making a terrible, loud noise, and completely stopped heating items.7 months is past the window of being able to return it to Amazon, but still within Panasonic's 1-year warranty, so I tried to contact customer service. Neither the product manual nor their web site gives a phone number or an email address. The only option is to chat with an agent... only during business hours (9am-5pm Eastern).I filled in the info and made a chat request. The first day, I waited two hours with no agent response, before business hours were over. The next morning I waited over FOUR hours with no response.I want my money refunded. But it seems their customer service and support is worthless... or possibly nonexistent. And their product is terrible. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.
