    I went thru them to get my deceased parent a headstone for they grave site I put a down payment of 2400 down the total was 3145 I been trying get in contact with them almost a year none of the emails phone numbers or website they have aren’t working

    Greetings,Prestige has been paid in full for over 18 months and has not been able to deliver a stone in memory of my father and grandfather. Their communications have been inconsistent. Phones have been disconnected and letters have been returned and redirected to another address. In an email exchange it was said that the employee handling the transactions was no longer there. I had clarifying discussions that were to put my order in production and then she returned to say that they were having personal issues... I have been unable to connect with anyone for months via phone or email. Details that have already been clarified have been constantly presented as a subterfuge to further delay my order. I only want to have my order completed and be done with the process.

    I paid for a head stone deposit of $1,000 .00 4/17/2021 on 09/22/2021 $1,695.00 . Total cost for headstone was 2,695.00 my remaining balance is with the cemetery. I tried to make arrangements with prestige memorial over a dozen of times. But I went to 470 Belleville take north Arlington NJ the place is close and the phone rings but no answer.
    I need help getting my 2,695.00back.

    This company took my money fir a headstone and now don't communicate. Don't have a working phone number and never delivered a headstone. I paid the amount in full. I contacted them several times and they haven't responded. They stole my money for my.mothers stone. It horrible to think this business is still allowed to run. They are lying to customers and keeping our money. I want a refund asap.

    My mom passed away in November of 2020. I purchased a stone from Prestige and it has been 3 years now still no stone has been placed. *** tried calling them recently and their number seem to be disconnected. In addition when I did speak to the folks in the office last year they gave me numerous excuses. And still no stone. I recently emailed and no answer.

    I have been dealing with this company for the past 3 years with no plaque delivered to the cemetery.
    I am tired of calling and emailing with no response. The location in NJ is now closed and the phone # has been disconnected with remote email only customer service. I have emailed so many times with no response. I would like a refund for the bench and if possible for them to install the plaque which has been paid for in full since 9/5/2020.

    The business took full payment 2 years ago and never delivered a headstone. After numerous calls/emails I decided to drive there only to find out they have shut down without a trace.

    June 2022, a year later here I am waiting for my brothers Memorial to be placed. I have been promised over and over again a date and then when I asked for my money back they told me they have 12 months to comply with the order. 12 months are up and I have emailed over and over No response. How can a business continue to rob clients in the midst of grief? Small claims court... seeking an attorney.

    Purchased a memorial stone for my mother’s grave 6/28/21. When my mother passed Sept of 21, they said they would be putting the stone at the site. September of 22 went to gravesite in Lyndhurst, NJ and there is no stone. Gave me all kind of excuses and when they put a stone it is the wrong stone not the correct size. They said they would be getting the correct one. It is now 8 months later and is still the correct stone has not been put in. I call and they say they will call back because the person they need to talk to about this is not available. I live in North Carolina and this is in NJ. I paid for this in June of 2021. I want either my money returned or the stone in place.

    My brother passed away June 2020 and he still has no stone. There has been so many obstacles and excuses to obtain a date to when the stone will be placed. Artwork and payment have been finalized. Everytime I email or call I am told ..they will get back to me or It will be placed in the Fall (which has passed already), Than Winter and Spring ....I still have no date and no stone. I have sent them a final email on 5/6/23 Letting them know I want a refund and filing a complaint with BBB. No Response at all once more.My grandmother passed away November 2020 and she still has no stone. Same situation artwork finalized and have no real response from them except that - they would like a final payment and I refuse to give the final payment - I do not want the same situation as my brothers stone. I want a resolution- I want all the money back for both stones . ..so I can move on. I have all receipts of payments made and all emails sent to business.
