    Time line going on 2 yrs. Placed an order to have a monument prepared for my brother, he past away Nov 19,2020 we are now in 2023. Reach out to the company they gave us cost and we proceed with the transaction.I know we were coming out of covid but it should not take to long to prepare the stone.I have been calling and every every time I called, I would be told they are working on it, it will be done in a couple of month it been a couple of years, last I spoke with them was February, I was told by Marchi it will be done. March is about gone and nothing. Call today they say ***** or May. I had told them I want my money back and the stated that the material were already completed. So why haven't the stone been laid? I still just may file in small claim court for what they put ******* family through,Please assist in any way you can because it should not take this long to have a stone laid for my brother's final resting place. Thank you in advance for your attention in this matter.

    i purchased a stone for my mother in 2020 paid in full april 2022 cemetary foundation ready october 2021 . i have emailed , called , even went in person. THEY DO NOT CARE !! they say they will call you back NEVER CALLS . such disregard for the family sadness . i only want my mothers headstone WHAT I PAID FOR !!!!!!!!!!!! OR MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!!!!!!

    I Ordered my mom's stone last year on August 2021. I gave them a deposit of 1000.00, and a check for $750. I was asked to paid the stone in full on march 2022. Which I did with my credit card attached statement. They keep promising every month that they are going to complete the job. I have been very understanding because of covid, but at this point they are full of excuses blaming their delivery guy. This is very painful, I just want to have the closure I didn't get the chance to have when my mom past away with COVID. So please I am asking you to help me do put an end to this process. I've them to refund me the money since they are not keeping their word, I just want to see my mom's stone on her grave.
