- All items offered for sale on Cyberweld, with the exception of open boxes of filler metals and full cylinders, are returnable within 10 days of original purchase. All
returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all
packaging materials, manuals and all accessories. Please do not tape or
write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. Any
items returned without a written "Return Goods Authorization" or that
are not in brand new, sellable condition are subject to a restocking fee
or refusal. All returns must have a Cyberweld-issued "Return Goods Authorization" number in order for credit to be given. They
reserve the right to refuse any item that is damaged, altered, missing
