    4/19/2025 Axis Auto sold me a bad motor. The motor has no oil pressure and a rod knock.
    I paid $2,000.
    Axis will not send return laden or refund me the money.
    I filed a detailed complaint with Federal Trade Commission and left a detailed review on the companies website.
    Axis called me tried to bribe me with $100 ***** to remove my review. I told them once I can return this motor and receive refund I will delete my review. Company will not send return laden for shipping or refund my money on the bad motor.

    I have all of the following information in writing:On Monday, April 28, I received a quote from **** ******* at Axis Auto Parts for a remanufactured engine that they claimed to have in stock, 0 miles on it. On Tuesday, April 29th, my dear friend put the purchase on her credit card, so I would have some protection against scammers. Once the transaction was complete, I followed up with concerns at the absence of a transaction authorization slip for the sale and I also requested a tracking number for the shipment. I was told the bank receipt was sent while my friend provided credit card information over the phone and that there was a delay transmitting the invoice due to a system error. I was told tracking information would be sent "end of day or day after before noon depending on the pickup time". On Thursday, May 1st, I requested tracking information again. I was told customer service guys would call me in "some time". I was never contacted. On Friday, May 2nd, the day I was told the engine would deliver to me, I again requested tracking information. I was told that because it was a remanufactured engine and coming from a storage location, it was dispatched from ********* to the ********** location for inspection, as their warranty covered parts. Once the inspection was complete, they would ship the engine, with a delivery date of Wednesday, May 7th. They also explained that I didn't receive a call back from customer service because they were presently "short staffed". On Monday, May 12th, I told them the engine hadn't delivered and that I no longer trusted them. I told them they had until end of business Tuesday, 13th to deliver engine or I was cancelling the order. On Tuesday, May 13, at 5:39 pm, the order was cancelled. I was told the credit would be issued haven't received that yet either.

    Bought a used transmission with my card and they will not provide shipping information or tracking information number we have called several times and told we we get a call back and we do not I am seeking the refund of $1100.00 that was taken from my card for payment We have talked to the company with no success.

    Purchased Transmission on 10/21/2024. I paid $1200 for a Transmission. The business shipped the wrong Transmission to the auto shop. The mechanic contacted me to let me know that the wrong transmission was sent. The mechanic and I reached out to the business to make arrangements for an exchange of transmissions. Its' been almost 3 weeks now and there hasn't been a resolution to the problem. We were told several times that some one was going to pick up the wrong transmission and once it was picked up the correct transmission would then be shipped out to my mechanic. None of this has happened yet. We've reached out to the several times and we keep getting the run around and each time they have a different excuse as to why they haven't picked up the transmission and shipped out the correct transmission. I want them to exchange the transmission or refund my money at this point. The website claims easy returns and refunds. That is false advertisement. None of this has been easy. Thank you for your time.

    2016 Dodge Durango Transmission AT, 3.6L, 4x2

    We shipped the part ordered by the customers mechanic to the address updated by the customer.

    The Tracking # by Tforce Freight for the delivery: PRO # *********

     

    When the ordered part was received by the customer, he raised a query stating that he has received a 2 WHEEL DRIVE, rather than a 4 WHEEL DRIVE, we did our due diligence and rectified that the order placed as per the customer requirements.

     

    Findings:

            Mr. *** ******* - 2016 Dodge Durango Transmission AT, 3.6L, 4x2

            Also, the customer had updated the wrong delivery address (Stars Transmissions - ***********************************************************)

            The correct address we located is (****************************************** for Stars Transmissions)

     

    As there was an error from the customers end for which we faced a lot of issues retrieving the part back to us so that we can issue a refund back to the customer, this error in address resulted in a long delay as the customer was unable to give back the part which was delivered to the wrong address.

    Later when we rectified the correct address, we sent a return label and got the part back for which the tracking number for Tforce Freight is PRO# *********

    Once we got the part back to our facility, we asked the customer what he would like to do should we issue a refund of $1200 or charge him another $400 and send him the correct part.

    The customer advised he wants a refund sent back; this was then processed on 13-Dec-2024 06:41:31 PST

    I have attached the required documentation for the above details.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The business is not telling the truth. When i originally purchased the transmission, I made the purchase over the phone in which they state all conversations are recorded so Im sure if you listen to the recorded conversations you will hear that I am telling the truth. Now upon making the purchase, they salesman asked for my vin number to verify that part is compatible with my vehicle, I provided him with the correct vin number & they still managed to send me the wrong part. As far as the address goes I provided them with the address that appears on ****** maps once you type in the name of the mechanic shop. Once I spoke to the salesman who sent me the wrong the part he then sent me a return label with the CORRECT address on it to where they would be picking up the part that they sent out to mechanic. They even spoke to my mechanic to verify the time & place they would be coming to pick up the part in which it took them a few weeks to do after telling me they would come that same day but never arrived. The 1st excuse they gave me was that the driver was denied access to the part. Then once I mentioned to the salesman that their driver might not have actually came to pick up the part during regular business hours is when they gave me another excuse saying they had the wrong address. As stated previously though the return label they sent me had the correct address on it the whole time. Then I spoke to the salesman & asked them to just send the correct part, he then tells me they would send it once they received the original part they sent. A few days later I call to inquire about them sending the correct part & thats when he tells me they dont have the part I need & they would have to send me a refund. I then told them I would notify BBB because every time I spoke to them they would give me a different story. After that they then called me & said they would send the correct part once they looked in their warehouse for it. 2 days after that I called them again to inquire about it & they then told me the part I need they dont have & how it cost a lot more money then the original part I purchased, they never once told me it was $400 more they never even gave me a price for the correct part I needed they just told me they would send me a refund. At that point after weeks & weeks of them telling me anything I just agreed to the refund because they gave me no other option. Again the calls are recorded so you can go back & listen to every conversation we had. These people are terrible & crooks & I do not recommend anyone do business with them.

    I located this company on the internet. I spoke with someone name Anthony. This is the person who I did the first invoice with. As I continued to reach out to Anthony come to find out he was medical emergency leave. I started speaking with Zahn. I did not hear from them until I posted a bad review. I had informed them I no longer wanted the parts I just wanted a refund. They was aware that the parts being mailed to a residential address and then i was told they needed to be mailed to a commercial address. They had located somewhere to mail the parts to in East Brunswick. Then a few days later I received a call that the parts will now be mailed to my address. I was given bogus tracking numbers and told the tracking numbers can be checked at a certain time. The invoice reads 7-10 business days it's been well over a month and nothing as of yet. I was given a tracking number to a place called Southwestern Motor Transport. I contacted them and the guy answered the phone and said hello I asked was this a business and then he said yes this is with the companies name. He stated that he was unable to assist me and transferred me to a VM. I left a message but i have not received a call back. I have emailed and texted the two people that I was dealing with asking for refund and still be receiving my parts and we can talk about them compensating me after I receive the parts. I have also contacted the bank. I'm waiting to her from them as well. Zain number is ###-###-#### and Anthony number is ###-###-####. the number on the invoice is ###-###-####.

    On June 13,2024 I ordered a 2013 Subaru Impreza used transmission in the amount of 1,630.00. Axis auto parts assured me the transmission would arrive within 7-10 business days. The transmission did not arrive in a timely manner and the customer service agents were telling me different things. I asked for refund and they just kept talking and ignoring me, and this went on for awhile before they agreed. Because of the service I filed a dispute on July 2,2024. I have been in contact with axis auto parts several times since the dispute has been filed, and in have asked where is my money and they keep saying they have returned my money and I need to talk to my bank. I have done just that several times and they have stated that if they did return the funds it would immediately reflect in my account. I don’t understand why they can’t just return the money. Also I have asked to speak to owner and they said that’s not possible…If my money is not returned in the next few weeks I will take legal action.

    Hi,

    Please note the customer has disputed the payments on 6th Jul 2024 at 22:53.

    Once the amount is disputed by the customer we cant issue a refund as the Merchant Service Provider and the receiver's bank will settle the amount.

    We personally had a 3 way call with the customers bank, regarding the settlement the bank advisor (MONICA) confirmed the amount was settled and they have to release the payments back to the customer which will take some time, customer was happy with the resolution provided by her bank as from AXIS AUTO PARTS LLC the dispute was lost for which required documents are attached.

    The customers amount is held by her bank not with AXIS AUTO PARTS LLC, she needs to speak with her bank and get the amount settled as her bank had advised the same to the customer ( **** ******).
