  Well I honestly cannot believe this place is still allowed to be in business. In my 47 years of life this is the worst business I have ever dealt with. 8 weeks ago I purchased a 2011 mustang gt 5.0 engine with home delivery. After 2 months of getting the run around and excuses they finally said my engine has shipped but no longer could be delivered to my house I would have to pick up at local terminal. Oh they also told me engine was damaged but would not send complete pictures. I picked up engine brought home unwrapped it and it was the complete wrong engine and looked like it's been at the bottom of a lake for years. Do not give these people your money. Some one needs to shut this place down. This is criminal and needs to be stopped

  My mom is elderly and found out she needed a transmission for her car. The mechanic found Axis Auto parts on the internet and advised this company to her. So she ordered the transmission on 11-04-2025. The transmission was received in December, but when the mechanic put it in the car it was a bad transmission. My husband ******* notified the company and they advised they would have another transmission shipped right after the new year. They had been notified within the warranty period. The transmission would be shipped. The new transmission was never shipped. We called this company again they advised that it would be shipped and someone would pick up the other transmission, after two weeks no transmission. We called again and was told that my mom India ******** would get a refund and she should have it by Friday. No refund was processed. So we called again and was told that the refund had just been approved and would be mailed to her it is now 4 weeks later and no check has been received. We called and advised the company that this was abuse to elderly people and that we wanted them to send the refund. We have yet to receive the refund and this company is giving us the run around. Please do not do business with this company.

  This company is NEVER ON TIME and NO REFUNDS. They lied on a transmission mileage by ****** miles. The transmission failed within 90 days and it took over one month to get a new one and they refuse to give VIN number or mileage for this transmission. **************** is awful. They say one thing and never follow through.

  I purchased an engine with this despicable company back in September of 24. Here it is April of 25 and I have yet to receive a motor or refund. They've given me the runaround for 3 months. Well let me back up. They sent a motor after a couple of months of my purchase, my mechanic was paid to have my car ready to drop the new motor and after all that time a money, the motor does not work. My mechanic had to redo everything he had done to send the motor back. We complained and they claimed to have fired the employee that sent it. another motor was to come and I'm still waiting after 6 months. They haven't refunded my money and calls are going to vm. These people should be shutdown.

  I purchased an engine from axis auto parts and do not recommend them to anyone. I had to cuss and scream at them before they would do their job. They did supply me with a used engine but it took over a month to receive it. The engine had been dropped and dented the pan and broke the oil pick up tube inside. The valve cover was cracked. The fuel lines were bent and had to be replaced. The fuel filter assembly hose was full of dirt and gravel.Axis does not purchase used parts from reputable wrecking yards. They lie and do not do what they say.They still owe me $500 for the core of my engine Don't do business with them

  Ordered a used engine and never received it. They gave me the runaround first engine they said was bad.After I paid for the engine and not received it 3 weeks later I decided to file a complaint. With the bank, bbb and decided to approach my layer.I am so tired of dishonest people.
