      ***** and his team at Jersey Moving Pro were the absolute BEST at moving our house to two different locations in another state! They were cautious and careful with each item. They were thorough, professional and incredibly efficient. They were prompt and friendly, great with kids, dogs and stressed adults. ***** and his team went above and beyond with service!       Excellent experience from start to finish. Super easy to set up, get the estimate, and great communication all the way through. The team who came to pack/load the truck were excellent - very friendly, professional, and took great care of our belongings. I would definitely use them again.

      The absolute worst moving experience ever! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They completely nickel and dime you sent one guy for my move when I paid for two. TRIED TO GET ME TO PAY EXTRA BECAUSE THE GUY HAD A LONGER THAN ANTICIPATED. WALK FROM THE ELEVATOR TO MY DOOR? . Most of my glassware and dishes were broken. They did not have the right hardware to put my bed together or my TV stand. Now I have to pay someone else to do that. They make you give them the money upfront before they move your things in and now I know why. Totally scam and shabby company. I cannot stress more avoid at all cost. When I called the owner with my concerns, he screamed at me and hung up on me. The guy wanted to charge me because he had to walk to my apartment?? I ended up moving more than half of my boxes. Please read the negative reviews. They are accurate! Wish I would have known. If I could give minus stars I would. HORRIBLE

      We are very sorry that you had an unhappy experience with our services. We strive to meet our customers needs and hope they read all the information that is provided to them when they agree to move with us. With respect to your complaints we would like you to understand the following:Every moving company in the US charges for long carry. This means that when a crew arrives for a pick up or delivery on a long distance move the first 75 feet are included. After that there is a charge for each additional 75 feet. Your apartment was way beyond the 75 feet included in the move and this was enumerated accordingly. As a matter of fact the walk was so long (800 feet) that the charge was significant. This is charged by every US moving company on a long distance move.We do our utmost to carefully move all fragile items and encourage our customers to overwrap their breakables with bubble wrap and wrapping paper. In addition, we ask our customers to clearly mark all these boxes fragile so they are loaded properly into the truck. Payment for moving services is required by all companies before a truck is unloaded. This is standard industry practice. We are not doing anything scammy or under handed. As a matter of fact, you were informed numerous times in multiple conversations (on a recorded line) what the terms of payment were to which you agreed. You called very unhappy and would not let the owner speak and then proceeded to talk over him and not let him explain standard operating procedures for long distance moves in the United States. They are not priced like a local move which are charged by the hour as you pay for a timed event. A long distance move is completely different.Our owner conceded to waive the long carry fee as you were extraordinarily hysterical and combative. You seemed to be satisfied and said that you would give the crew (there was not one mover but two movers in the crew) a good tip. We left your home to return our blankets to the truck and resolve the issues with the hardware for your bed and tv console. We returned to your apartment to complete the service and you refused to open your door. After multiple attempts to contact you our crew left as you did not let them complete the job and did not offer them the tip you had told our owner that you would provide to the two crew members.In Addition, You contacted our office and let us know that you would be available to accept delivery during a certain time period. When we contacted you on the second day of that time period you refused shipment as you were not at your new home as you said you would be. Our driver had to wait an extra night to accommodate your delivery, pushing other customers' deliveries back. We move over ***** families per year and the vast majority of our customers are completely satisfied with our level of service and the moving experience we deliver.

      ***** team was an absolute pleasure to work with! My move was a bit complicated as we needed a couple of weeks from pick up to delivery. That meant that our belongings would need to be picked up, unloaded at their storage, reloaded into the trucks (2 trucks) and dropped off at our new place. With that many handlings, youd think that something is going to break. Nope. Not a thing. And both my places had second and third stories. Besides being careful, the crew was very professional, efficient and clean. I also want to give a shout out to ***** and **** who booked and managed the move (from their desks ??). Will definitely recommend them.

      The 2 man crew sent were courteous, fast, and efficient. They did NOT was a single minute. They even skipped their break so they could continue with completing my move. I am definitely recommending these guys to any of my friends who need movers.

      ******** was thorough, honest, and kept saying 'there won't be any surprises', and there weren't. I took around 80 minutes to load our belongings, we left shortly after them for the trek to ************, and they were pulling up as we were. We showed them the loading dock, etc., they unloaded, set our bed up (big help), and were finished just under two hours. Very professional,no attitude, nothing broken, and just nice doing business with people who care.............during a stressful time. *****
