Jersey Moving Pro is an exceptional moving company. The sales representative (*****) was helpful, responsive, and professional. She worked with me on a very short time line and got everything set up within hours. The rates were 60% lower than a near-competitor and the quality was exceptional -- first rate!. The moving crew (led by ********) called the night before and confirmed 30 minutes prior to arrival. ******** reviewed the work and contract with me and then organized the crew in real time to finish the work on schedule. All my property was carefully wrapped and moved. The crew was conscientious, professional, and pleasant. This company cares about the quality of the work and understand that they are moving people at stressful times. Everyone from JMP worked to make my move easier and to lower my stress. I'm smiling and so grateful that I chose JMP to move my property.Jersey Moving Pro

Whatever you do.... do not use this company.... They lost thousands of dollars of my personal property....52" ********** ruined, lost... ****** shirts, ******************* shoes, the list just goes on. No one speaks english on the trucks, and the ones that do.... well good luck.... *********************** they fix, no problem and they ran out the door...Never will i recommend this company.Well all who are following.... I just saw the owner of Jersey Moving Pro trying to contact me... He writes we cannot find you in our system...Excuse me sir, my move was over a year ago and now you are writing.Your a little late, my possessions are long gone, however it still ***** me when I go in my closet and see what is missing. My ******* (WoW)that thing even sowed movies in 3D. What a waste!!!!!Hello all...So to update all possible new customers.... I received a reply to my review.The owner ****** left his number for me to call... LoL 1 1/2 years later ( WoW ). I did call and I spoke with an employee (****) not ******. **** came up with a number to reimburse me...($4000). By my account that number is not even half of my loss... I reluctantly excepted the offer.... Now for the best part... It is over one month and have received nothing.I called today and spoke with the same employee (*********** had spoken with the last time. LoL, There is no check just all BLAH, BLAH, BLAH. THE ****** HIS EMPLOYEES need to be held accountable. Please for your own peace of mind, do not use this company. There is no other way to say it.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... ******, we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our service. At Jersey Moving Pro, we do everything we can to make sure that every move is a successful move. With that said, we must have things in place to make sure, as a business, that we are protected with signed contracts and complete inventory lists. We have reviewed your case and, as there is with everything, there are two sides to every story. On July 31st, 2021, you booked your move from New Jersey to ******* with Jersey Moving Pro (JMP). During the booking process, we explained to you how Moving Insurance works and asked you if you wanted to purchase extra insurance for your items. You denied the extra insurance and took what we offer for free which is our basic valuation For a long distance move you would get .60 cents per pound, per article. Also, when we booked your move, we offered to have our movers pack your items. You denied that as well and told us that you would pack all your items yourself, including your **. When the movers arrived on August 5th, 2021, they did a thorough handwritten inventory of your boxes (again that you packed) as they loaded them up on the truck and gave you a carbon copy of your inventory. Before they left, the foremen did a walk through of your home with you to ensure that they had taken everything you needed them to take, and you agreed that they did. When the truck arrived in *******, the same inventory lists were checked off, item by item and brought into your home. You then signed the same inventory sheets, agreeing that all items were received and were in good condition. A few days later you contacted the company stating that we lost your boxes and ruined your ** because you couldnt find the adapter for it implying that we had lost it (perhaps it was never packed, or you lost it?). At the time of the first initial call, the General Manager spent hours on ******* E-bay and on the phone with the ** manufacturer for you to try and resolve your issue but as the ** was no longer made, and they no longer made the adapter for it. At this point, we advised you to go through our insurance if you wanted to put in a claim. You started the claim process, but due to lack of interest (or lack of follow through) by you the customer, the claim was closed. Now it is a year later, and you have been harassing us through your online reviews detailing only your side of the story. We did contact you to offer you up to $1,000 (not $4,000 as you are stating) to resolve your dissatisfaction - but as you said in the recording of the conversation - you will just keep harassing us and updating your negative reviews on multiple sites. So, with all of this said lets just recap the story YOU packed your boxes, YOU lost your adapter, YOU denied the extra insurance and YOU checked off at delivery that all of your items were received. We live in a time when negative reviews can severely impact a business. We are a family owned and operated moving company that can easily be hurt by the type of review that you have posted on various sites stating only one side of the story. Jersey Moving Pro is a professional moving company. Our crews have been with us for many years, are full-time employees and are trained in the art and science of moving by the New Jersey Movers and ****************************** That is why people hire us. Our expertise in packing, handling delicate items, crating, stacking storing, etc. results in a very happy clientele. Our customers look to us for guidance as most people spend years between moves and are quite overwhelmed with the process. We offer advice but most importantly, when we recommend that our crews pack fragile and precious items, we do so knowing that they will be packed correctly and arrive as they were packed. Furthermore, we ask our customers to pack all computer cords, cables, any tv remotes, adapters, etc. in one or two clearly marked boxes so they can be easily accessed and equipment can be put back together seamlessly. We feel that our expertise in all matters moving is given with the best of intentions but more so to avoid anxiety and frustration. We make our clients laugh at times when we school them in listening to our advice. Most customers do and are beyond pleased with our service.stephan p

Great company that took away a great deal of the stress of moving. Two moves from separate houses, into storage, and then out again into our new home went flawlessly. Had a terrible experience with this company moving from northern ** to ********** - a very short move, just over an hour drive. They did not use blankets to pack my furniture and only used plastic which caused significant damage. They also put my flat screen tv into a box that was too large with a single blanket and a few sheets of paper which caused the tv to essentially be free moving in the box. They did refund the $75 tv moving fee thankfully. The claims process has been awful, and overall beyond disappointed as I worked hard to purchase this furniture and now its been damaged. It looks like some people have had an OK experience so I really believe it depends on which mover employees you get that day. But in my opinion its not worth the risk. When I tried to contact the moving company about these issues after the fact they gaslighted me which was also beyond disappointing. They are persistent with selling but do your research there are better movers out there.Jersey Moving Pro

Hiring Jersey moving pro was the best decision i made. the movers were professional, accommodating, and made everything seamless.unfortunately, I was in a situation where I didn't have time to pack my belongings and was forced to move overnight. I called jersey moving pro and they made themselves available for my move. They not only moved all of the contents of my five bedroom house, but they packed all of my belongings. Everything was packed and moved within hours, and all of my belongings were accounted for and safely relocated. They movers were empathetic and relieved the stress of my move. Booked my move over the phone, the entire process went so seamlessly! As a senior, I was worried about downsizing and getting all of my items to the smaller place, the movers did a fantastic job!! They went above and beyond, re taping boxes that needed, moved very heavy furniture and I am now moved in less than a whole day to my new place. I am very thankful to have had the crew at Jersey Moving Pro, very clean, very nice and fast move! Highly recommend to all seniors worried about downsizing and anyone looking for decent movers who wont rip you off!
