    The whiteduckoutdoors.com website offers a 10% discount in exchange for providing an email address. The exact verbiage on the site is "Want 10% off? Sign up to get 10% off your next purchase!" with a field to enter an email, then a submission button with the text "Let's do this!"

    I provided my email, and the email I received from the company contained a coupon code for 25 dollars off my next order. I contacted the company via online chat, and the representative indicated that the verbiage on the site meant I would receive this discount on my second order. I indicated that THIS is my next order, and this offer was made prior to my even selecting a product, so there is no way a reasonable person could infer that "next order" would actually indicate a second order.

    I believe there is simply a technical issue or an outdated offer on the site, and the person I chatted with was unwilling to actually put in any effort to look into it.

    Terrible communication and follow up from company. Issue with order which could be easily resolved if we could only contact a live person (not a bot). White Duck Outdoors has no customer service phone number, no easy way to get resolution. Emails appear to be infrequently checked. Have attempted chats and FB messenger, no luck. Have been chasing bot responses for over two weeks for resolution.
