******. I would rate them as zero stars. I purchased a tent from their website, **************************, and cancelled the order 1 hour later. They charged my card and sent the tent anyway. I have now spent several days trying to obtain a return authorization code. No response from multiple emails. They do not have a customer support number. I contacted a sales representative by text who asked what email I used to contact them, and a short time later my cancellation request disappeared from my inbox. Shady business.

Not good. The 12 x 20 Tarp is the most sold size. It is getting old in these times when company's are sending any size they have and money grabbing. I smelled trouble when I opened the box and the first thing I saw was a notice expressing the need for a good review and said nothing of assurance that the order was right. Shame on White Duck.

I've bought a couple of their tents (a bell and a cabin) and both are of high quality. So far no issues as far as business standpoint. I had a shipping issue with some missing parts (spring rods) and they sent me new ones right away, no questions asked. Like the other poster, I too had an issue with the flooring under my stove in the bell tent. 2 small melting holes from what I assume was the heat of the stove. I DID NOT contact the company, as in my opinion, I did not have enough barrier between the stove and floor. Other than that, I believe they stand behind their products.

I purchased a 13' Regatta Bell tent from this company off of Amazon. Fire and water Repellant. Took it out in the winter ( I am a winter enthusiast ) and so obviously I would need the wood burning stove. I also purchased a fire proof welding blanket made of fiberglass very durable and can tolerate heat up to **** F for under the stove as recommended by the manufacturer. After my trip of stocking the stove at night to stay warm ( as I went out early March of this year ) when it was time to go I put the stove away and rolled up the fire proof blanket to find the the tarp underneath had melted completely through and left about a 6"x14" hole in the bottom of my new tent. I followed all recommendations and reached out to the company asking if they would stand behind the product as I followed all manufacturer recommendations. They simply said "sorry sir not a manufacturer defect I'm sure u will understand". Well I do not. I paid good money for this tent I was not negligent by any means I showed them pictures of the fire blanket I use as they asked for the info. I told them this should be advertised as a 3 season tent because clearly you cannot take it out in the late fall colder months unless you want to risk burning through the floor with the heat of the wood stove ( why did I buy this tent if I cannot use the wood stove without damaging the tent ). Please do yourself a favor, dont get burned by this company go buy a tent that can handle a wood burning stove. The customer service ***** when they tell you too bad so sad.
