      I made reservations with Right Travel LLC (Tropical Tours ******) to take a trip to ****** leaving September 2025. I paid my initial deposit around Sep/Oct/2024, a requested deposit for the fight 11/24, and an additional payment on the trip 2/25. That was 3 payments. After a few months of not hearing anything from the travel agency I made a call. I asked when would I get my flight information and any other important information we should know. I was told they would provide that information once we get closer to the date. Fast forward to May/24, I was told the trip was canceled due to not enough meeting the minimum passenger requirement. I was told my initial deposit would be forfeited and I would have to pay cancelation fees for the hotel and flight. I received the cancelation policy for the hotel and I have 14 days before my hotel stay to cancel w/no cancelation fee. I can cancel up to 7 days before my flight with the airlines with no cancelation fees. I'm not understanding why Right Travel LLC (Tropical Tours ****** is refusing to refund me. In my opinion they are making money canceling trips and not refunding or communicating with the customer. I would never recommend them. If I could give a 1/2 star I would. My contact person was **** ***** (could be a false name). ***** Elsergany is another name.
