- Form of Payment: Bank check, wire transfer or major credit cards. Credit card will be processed only upon submission of a completed Right Travel Credit Card Form as a part of the invoice with customer initial on all pages. Third-party credit cards are not acceptable. All payments made within 30 days of departure must be in the form of a certified check, money order, or credit card. Payments made by wire transfer must include an additional $35 wire transfer fee. There is a $30 fee for returned checks
- Refund and Exchange Policy
Cancellation: Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received and based on the following dates prior to departure.
Deposit is non-refundable
90 to 61 days prior to departure: 35 percent of cost
60 to 31 days prior to departure: 50 percent of cost
30 days or less prior to departure: 100 percent of cost
There is no refund for any unused portion of the service, regardless of the reason. Right Travel paid all suppliers in advance and would not get a refund from suppliers for any reason.- Business Categories
