I'm having a pro lem with palmar auto warranty. The address is ************************** *****. **. *****. I have my car at *** motors in ******* **. *****. It's been there since Jan. ** car is a 2011 *** ******* and it has been finished since the end of Feb. I am paying 250$ a week to rent a car off my mechanic and I keep calling them. They keep telli.g me that the machines are down and won't spit out the check to pay for this. I really need my car back. I'm behind on my rent and ready to be evicted because I have to pay to rent this car. J think it's only fair that I get my car paid for and the money I'm paying to rent this car reimbursed. . The number I am calling is **************. Ext 505. I also emailed the manager at claims@ ncwcipcica. Also emailed info@ Palmaradministration.com. no response from either. I bought and paid for this insurance so I wouldn't end up in this situation of being evicted and it would of been cheaper to just pay myself to get my car fixed. None of this makes sense. Any help you could give me or the next step would be much appreciated. ** number is ************. Thank you and have a good day

We have received and reviewed ***************************' complaint filed with your office. We had a claim filed by the customer on 02/07/2023. Upon processing the claim for approval there was a delay in the claim funding from the insurance provider which in turn caused a delay in our ability to process the claim approval. The delay has been resolved and payment delivered to the repair facility. We have been advised that the vehicle was repaired and returned to the customer.
