BEWARE BEWARE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!! I am a repair facility. We had a customer come in for a repair. this ********************** company approved it. we repaired the vehicle and released it to the customer. We are now over a month into trying to get paid from this horrible company. ***** phone calls. 5+ emails. they hired an answering service that knows nothing and takes your info every time but never returns calls or emails. We are an auto service and repair garage in ********** **. A person brought in their vehicle for repair and had a 3rd party warranty from NCWC. The vehicle was diagnosed, NCWC approved the repairs, we ordered the parts, installed the parts, test drove the vehicle, all good ready for the customer. The customer came in and signed the invoice, we did not release the vehicle to the customer as this was a new ********************** company for us. NCWC instructions for payment are to email them the customer signed invoice, which we did, and then call after 30 minutes to receive credit card payment info over the phone. We submitted the invoice on July 9, 2024 and called numerous times over the last 2 days, either the call goes unanswered or the person you get says they cannot provide the payment info and will transfer the call somewhere else which then does not get answered. I also sent several emails to the claims email address where invoices are sent, with no reply. At the best this business is poorly run and seriously lacking in competence and communication skills, at the worst I can only conclude this organization is some kind of fraud/scam and I will be filing a complaint with ** **** of ******* and Insurance as well as a civil suit in ********************* of the ** Superior Court. I would caution anyone attempting to do business with NCWC to exercise extreme caution. I will never accept another customer who brings a ********************** from **********************.

I purchased the warranty, now after 3 years they have money but will not reimburse me on an repair PRE-approved by them. If ever someone answers the phone, they can see the claim but tell me i must speak with the director, who's VM is either full or not setup everytime. I have emailed multiple times with no response other than an auto-response we have received your email. I am almost past 3 months since the beginning of trying to get my check. I have logged over 2 dozen calls and half dozen emails just trying to get a response to no avail. They owe me less than $600. DO NOT purchase a warranty from this company.

My car has been in the shop for one week and the rep told my ****** repair shop that a "computer issue" was delaying the OK for payment toward repairs. I've had to rent a car the entire time but was told by a "*****" that they'd only cover $120 of the rental, despite the incessant delays on the approval and the extended need for a rental due to THEIR technical issues and non-responses when phoned. I asked ***** for his manager's info.He referred me to an "******************" HIS voicemail is full and I could neither leave him a message or speak with him. I also emailed him at the email provided...NOTHING!!!******** Platinum Plus, aka N.C.W.C. is a HORRIBLY run auto warranty service with poor customer service which gives customers the runaround. DO NOT allow them to get your dollars or your business!!***********************
