    I have a policy with Palmer Administrative Services Policy #PELRF450771 for my 2016 Tahoe Chevrolet. This policy is for extended warranty for this vehicle.. On 3April, 2023, I dropped off my vehicle at ****************** ********, **. We have attempted at least 8 times to contact the ***************** to obtain authorization to repair the vehicle. This is very frustrating trying to get authorization for the repairs. I need my vehicle. My home phone is **************. My Cell phone is *************. I do know my policy is paid up-to-date because i have each payment deducted monthly.of $139.00. Please help me resolve this matter. Thank you.

    We have received and reviewed ********************** complaint filed with your office. We had a claim filed by the customer on 04/10/2023. Upon processing the claim for approval there was a delay in the claim funding from the insurance provider which in turn caused a delay in our ability to process the claim approval. The delay has been resolved and the approval has been delivered to the repair facility and customer as of 06/13/2023.

    I have my 2015 dodge journey in the shop for repairs by Palmer ministration services and my been there sent last week Friday which is the *************************************************************************************************************************************************************** courts if this matter is not resolved by Monday the 24 thank you have great day

    Extended warranty company. Transmission in my car went out. Took it to a shop per their rules. *** requested a new transmission. They would only cover a new one. would not cover the full cost. Offered a reduced amount to cover. Will not pay stating card machine issue.

    The claim filed under this agreement was for the vehicle's transmission. The claim was authorized in the amount of $2309.00. The repair facility where the vehicle is located did request a new replacement but a like kind and quality assembly was available. The claim was paid via check number ***************************************** the next 1 to 2 business days.

    I CANNOT stress this enough, DO NOT buy a policy with Palmer Administrative Service! My vehicle that I had covered under policy needed some repairs completed. As I brought in my vehicle to have it repaired, over the course of nearly 3 WEEKS, Palmer kept denying my claim. They came back stating they would only cover $400 on a $2100 claim. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!!!

    We have reviewed ******************** complaint and recent claim. The claim was for the vehicle's failed window regulator. The claim was originally placed on hold due to a millage discrepancy between the millage on the vehicle at the time of the claim and the mileage provided by the vehicle owner at the time the coverage was purchased. After resolving the mileage discrepancy the authorization was provided for the regulator repair in the amount of $272.19 before adjusting for the deductible. The claim was adjusted and approved utilizing an aftermarket window regulator unit. The pricing provided by the repair facility was for OEM parts but the coverage provides for aftermarket part pricing where an aftermarket part is available.

    I purchased an extended warranty in 4/9/2018 thinking it was for the life of the vehicle for $3,349.00. It turns out it was for five years. Four months after the warranty expired I needed a rebuilt transmission. I thought they might be flexible given the fact that I had never filed a claim and I paid them so much money. Not so. The transmission will cost me what I paid them and they have done nothing for me. I wasted my money.

    Unfortunetly, as ****************************************************************************************** stated this service agreement was for a specific term. The term for this plan was 48 months from 04/09/2018. On 10/18/2022 ****************************************************************************************** called in for a transmission concern but the plan had already expired for nearly 6 months. We would not be able to provide an approval on claims where the plan is already expired.
