1 starFRAUD! We can't leave a lower rating. My father was sent 5 "final" notices for an extended warranty for a 2023 ***** he has never owned. A 2023 vehicle wouldn't need an extended warranty. Each notice had different phone numbers and ID numbers.Review fromanzoni e

Called for 3 days straight wasting my time and up to today, no luck. Customer had to paid for their invoice repair at the end. An inspection was promptly arranged, and based on the results, coverage was approved for the driveshaft and both front CV axles. Unfortunately, the transfer case could not be approved, as no failure was foundonly a leak, which is not a covered failure under your agreement.We understand your concerns regarding used parts. While your contract allows for the use of parts of like kind and qualitywhich can include new, remanufactured, or used componentswe also understand the preference of some repair facilities to source their own parts. In such cases, we are always open to coordinating with the shop to find a solution that aligns with both your contract and the shops comfort level.Following approval, the authorized repair facility informed us that you declined to proceed with the repair, except for the axles. While we are committed to helping our customers get back on the road, we can only authorize and pay for repairs that are accepted and completed in accordance with your contract terms.We understand how frustrating vehicle repairs can be and appreciate the steps you took to diagnose the issue, including ruling out a transmission failure. These people are the worst! I have had my truck in the shop for a month now! 3 days for the actual work and 3 days for shipping of parts, the entire rest of the time has been their fault. We spent 10 days trying to get an answer about how they wanted their "proof". They ordered a very unnecessary and expensive procedure that they assured me they would pay for, then tried not to. But the best part is they told us ***** hrs from when the bill was sent they would have it paid! Yesterday was 7 days and after I spent 3 hours that morning raising cane, they finally called the mechanic only to have their credit card declined!! Yeah that's right declined!! And now a full 30 hours later and still no word from them. I have gotten on a first name basis with the customer service girls who are becoming embarrassed to even work there now! But in 3 weeks not one time when we are switched to claims does claims answer. I sit on hold for 30 mins or so, then the phone hangs up! These people are a joke and obviously on their way out of business! Do not deal with them!!Palmer Administrative Services

I would advise any and everyone to NOT use this so called warrant company. They will NOT cover your expenses even with the Powertrain option. They consistently debit your account but when you finally need them, they will give a non-sense answer to why they're unable to cover the repair costs.Palmer Administrative Services

My 90 yr old sister bought a plan from them n did t need them so withinn 30 days she applied for get her refund after following instructions they gave by registered mail then we called them and they said it takes 12 to 18 weeks to get the refund back well its over 18 weeks and nothing from them left messages and nothing from themPalmer Administrative Services

1 starI purchased a warranty from this company in Nov. of 2022 for my 2014 Charger SXT. Cost was $3975 for a five year extended warranty. $159.00 down plus $159.00/month for 24 months. After the 24 months were up, I noticed that they were continuing to charge me, so I called them to let them know. First ****** I spoke to told me that my warranty started in June of 2023 and that I still had 7 payments to make. I told her my payments started in November of 22 and the only thing that I noticed in June of 2023 was the payment processing company had changed. All she could say was that my warranty started in June of 2023. I never authorized an extended warranty at that time so asked to speak to a supervisor. She put me on hold and 15 minutes later she hung up. I called back. Same conversation and outcome with the next ****** so I called back again. This time, the lady that I spoke to told me the cost of my extended warranty went up. They had to recover the add'l cost, so they issued me a new one for the same $3975 as the first one!!! I told her I did not agree to that and wanted to speak to a manager. She said she would have a supervisor call me to discuss further. No call back from a manager.Needless to say, several times over the last month I have reached out to them thru phone calls and e-mails trying to get this resolved. No e-mail responses yet. And each time I speak to someone I'm on hold as they connect with their supervisor and then they tell me the supervisor will call back. I've asked for the supervisor names and they tell me they cannot disclose that information. I have yet to speak to a supervisor.I have been yanked around and yanked around and I don't trust this company anymore if I were to file a claim. And since I have yet to file one on this warranty, all I want now is the $3975 back.Review fromEllen H

This company said they would approve the repairs but they wanted my mechanic to put in a used motor with over 200, 000 miles on it, but my engine has over ******* miles already. They also want me to pay for shipping and receiving. So my out of pocket costs would be $3400. They will only pay $100 of the labor charges and it's $135 an hour. It takes you hours to get through to them and when you're think you are being connected they disconnect you. **************** *****. Seller information is *********************** **********************************. Good luck getting through. Being paying $90.00 a month for almost a year and this is the way I'm treated.Palmer Administrative Services

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.Agree with all the other 1 star posts. Only reason they got 1 star is that is the minimum ********** dealership called them and got the call transfer/on hold regiment. Sent the info to me to call them.1st call was answered and put on hold. 8 minutes later I hung up.2nd call was answered. Put on hold. Picked up in 5 minutes and told they were transferring to claims department. On hold for 25 minutes and hung up.3rd call was to cancel policy and option #4 was never answered.4th call was to cancel policy and someone actually picked up after few minutes. Gave me a different number to call. 5th call to new number was nothing more than phone instructions. **** website address to submit a claim. No new claim link on the website ****************. I did send a message to customer (dis)service. Wonder if I'll ever get a real reply.All I want now is a refund. I'll pay for the covered repairs out of pocket.Palmer Administrative Services

I purchased an extended warranty on my 2021 *** ******** and understand that this company s a third party who collects the money. I sold my car on August 13, 2024 with several months left on the policy and NEVER used te policy. They will NOT give any of my money back.
