      Terrible product with unresponsive and rude customer service I bought a Covert vaporizer and it leaked. They honored their warranty and sent me another one but it leaked too. They sent yet another one but made me pay for the shipping this time and it also leaks. They refused to exchange it with a different model and say they will charge me for the replacement shipping if I get another one. That would be number 4.They implied that i'm doing something wrong and it's not their product that's the problem. Because they haven't gotten reports of the same problem they implied that I must be lying! I have told them that If they issue me a return label, I'll happily send them all back but they won't do that. This wasn't an El cheapo vaporizer and I ordered from them specifically because they had a warranty. Avoid this company like the plague.Date of experience: January 31, ****

      This company has rude customer service, is not responsive to emails that require them to be accountable to the statements of a lifetime warranty on their website. And when you ask for a replacement for their cheap, life time warranty defective products, they charge a ridiculous shipping cost (ten dollars?!) for some thing that you could mail in an envelope. They are exploitative and you really should avoid this company.

      Purchased a Device 9/26/2022 that was covered under a lifetime "Warranty " the device never worked. In order to replace the non working device they charge a $60 Shipping charge from ********** to ********* ** Device weighs about a pound if that. Spoke to company customer service and they kept telling me the same thing over and over again, The device was only $100 and they are going to charge me $60 to cover the Warranty.

      I purchased a product called THE **** I have owned it less than a month. I have ptsd so i use this device and though it comes with a lifetime warranty i have already had to spend $69.00 on a replacement device because the first one stopped working. I have also now spent $14.95 6/7 times to have an "atomizer" which is "free" however each time you request a replacement they charge you this fee. I am 100% positive this small item does not cost $14.95 to ship so they are pocketing money from something that continuously breaks. I have emailed the company directly and the fix offered from support. At this point i don't know what else to do. The produce is amazing when it functions correctly but i should not have to keep purchasing atomizers.
