      I also spent 2x the money to have multiple defective pens sent to me. To be fair, the first one I had worked great! I loved it! So I know how to use and charge them - it's not user error. They have zero customer service, they do indeed refuse to post poor reviews on their site, and there is no way to get a refund. Buy at your own risk.

      I was sent a vape that did not work at all. The warranty is absolutely a scam. They make it seem like you will just be paying for shipping, however you will be charged way more than the shipping cost. For the small handheld vaporizer I purchased, it would cost $93.60 to have it shipped to me. Also they would not allow my review my negative review to be posted on their website. I will find a different brand to purchase from.

      The reviews on their website are all fake this company is rude not kind at all and will not work with customers in fact the *************************** is the rudest customer service Ive ever had she hung up on me three times because she didnt want to hear my side of anything. Do yourself a favor do not buy from this company! They want ***** to replace a less then a year old battery that cost 25 bucks new. I do not want to buy another junk battery from them.
