    4/3/25 - initial repair by ****, which didn't correct the problem. The dishwasher leaked water the first time it was used after the repair and I immediately called them.4/7/25 - They came about the leak and told me the dishwasher needs a circulation motor and they would get me a price.4/9/25 - I called them and they were still waiting on a price for the part.4/14/25 - i called again and told them I wanted my money back for the initial repair, which they told me they would return if I wasn't happy with the repair. They told me they would call me back later the same day or the next day.4/17/25 - I called again and spoke to *****. He said he would relay my concerns to ***** (one of the owners) about me wanting a refund and that ***** would call me the next morning.4/22/25 - I called again and spoke to *****. I voiced my displeasure with the company and stated again, that I wanted a refund. I spoke to ***** and ***** on the phone. They said they would replace the circulation motor for free, by the end of the week.4/24/25 - **** came by to install the circulation motor. He said he would come back the next day to install the kick plate. That night, the dishwasher did not clean the plates or fully dry the dishes. **** never returned the next day.4/28/25 - Spoke to ***** again. He offered to have **** come out and look at the dishwasher. I refused their offer and they said they would issue us a check "this week." They would drop it off or mail it to us.5/12/25 and 5/20/25 - answering machine/left messages about not receiving the refund check.5/30/25 - spoke to ***** again and voiced my concerns and frustration. ***** reported that he contacted **** (while I was on the phone with him) and **** had the refund check in his truck's visor. ***** told me that **** would drop the check off tomorrow. I texted them a timeline of my interactions with them.5/31/25 - I texted "***** said **** is to drop off our refund check today. Are you coming?' No response.

    I hired them to fix a valve in my oven. After several delays and return visits, the tech fixed the valve, but broke the clips that hold the panel on my oven while doing the repair. The tech requested that I give them full payment as the valve was changed and promised to return in 2 days to fix the damage he caused. Its now been 2 months, I payed them in full and my oven is being held together with duct tape thanks to the damage they did. They dont return calls and have not refunded any of my money or made efforts to fix what they broke.
