    I hired Astre Appliance Repair of **********, ** in October 2024 to repair my dryer. After paying them $478 to repair it, I still have the same problem. Initially they misdiagnosed the problem and replaced the wrong part. Since then they have installed a faulty part, then told me they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. The owner then evaluated it and ordered a different part that came in broken. Three weeks ago I was told the part I needed was shipped to them. It's now March 12, 2025, almost 5 months have passed with no resolution in sight. Since they can't fix it, I asked for a refund but was denied. This company is a nightmare to deal with, they lack good communication skills and don't stand behind their work.

    Awful time dealing with this company! My landlord thinks they are worth trusting and boy is he wrong! My oven and dishwasher stopped working and he reaches out to ASS-TRE for an appointment. Well they send someone out and they tell me they are going to order parts and get back to me. The dimwit says the oven needs a new valve and they will replace the hose that connects the washer to the sink....well we find out we have a squirrel that is the cause of why the dishwasher isn't working. Well this repair company comes out, claims they will order the parts and DO NOT hear from them until about 5 weeks later. Their first excuse was they were all out with the flu, but I only know that because I had to reach out to them wondering why I haven't heard from them?? Then I was told they had a funeral and would check their schedule and ***. CRICKETS!!! They sent two ***s to my house recently (It's about **** time!) and they claimed they ordered the wrong valve and because of the squirrel they now needed to order a new cavity for the dishwasher and the hose, so they wouldn't be able to repair it. I hired a new appliance company and the *** told me that a valve wasn't the issue, it was the igniter and a few wires were eaten and needed to be replaced. UNBELIEVEABLE!!! The *** also told me that the only issue with the dishwasher was the tube and that there wasn't anything wrong with the cavity. Oven was fixed already and they will come back to fix the dishwasher next week - this company is Immediate Appliance of Freehold.
