    Huntington in pittsord NY started out great. Extremely accommodating. After 90 days we had some personal issues that had happened. I could no longer send my child to tutoring, i requested my tuition to be refunded as we financially needed help paying for our mortgage and our basic needs to survive without losing our house. We are currently on a forbearance repayment plan with our lender and i am out of work due to my disability. I had begged Huntington in ********* ny to just refund me the amount that we didnt use. In the contract it states that after 60 days they take 25 percent if you drop out of the program. I understand the contract but we were desperately asking for an exception and were told no. Which was completely heart breaking and just down right cruel. Also during my meeting, i was being recorded without notification from the director. I saw the screen where the recording was taking place. Also- Anytime i needed to make changes of anything- i reached out to the director- and i was told to text the other employees. Im sorry but if im paying $57/hour, why am i texting **** the changes? Everytime we needed to make a change- i was told to text ****. I felt like an employee myself. I believe Huntington made great efforts to my childs growth in the areas he struggled. But communication was poor. Unorganized. They also recorded my sons reading and then showed me how he couldnt break apart words. So no consent on recording my son who is 11. This was on the directors phone. She played the video for me during the meeting we had. To show how he was struggling to put words together. Which I understand- however- you cant just record my son without my consent? All im asking for is my tuition back that i didnt use. If you can work with me- ill gladly take down this review. At the end of the day - if a family is financially struggling- and you take 25 percent of their funds that could be used towards food, bills and gas to get my son to school- do you truly care?

    Took our child there one time. Teacher has pro abortion stickers on car, highly inappropriate. For that reason alone would not return. Continue mailings constantly even after contacting headquarters to be removed.
