    They are falsely advertising services and I felt like they treated me differently because of my race. I had a Groupon for a weekday general admission for $44. I came in Friday night at 8PM. They tried to tell me their admission fee was $70. They wanted me to pay the difference, even though I had a Groupon already paid for and the count Friday as a weekday. Then to make things more misleading; on their website is states general weekday admission is $39, which is cheaper than the Groupon I had purchased. When I pointed that out, they told me to go purchase of their website instead! I noticed they also had a sign up for twighlight admission hour rates (after 7PM) weekday rate: $50 and weekend rate $60. So I said J was okay with paying a difference based on the twighlughy hours rate since it was already 8:15 PM at that point. Then the manager was disrespectful and continued to berate me by saying you think you can pay what ever you want and you think you can set the prices, but I set the prices and my word is final!! He embarrassed me in front of all the customers. The two King Spa reps behind the counter were snickering and laughing at me and how the manager was yelling. It was incredibley disrespectful, I was in tears and told him I had the worst week ever and really needed this spa day for myself and I am wiling to pay a fair and reasonable difference. He continued to wave his hands and yell at me that I can either pay the $70 or go find another spa. I recently fell on difficult times and this was one of the most degrading experiences of my life. They arent even a clean spa. There is mold and mildew in their womens steam room. I hope they replace management and learn to treat their paying customers with dignity and respect. You never know what someone is going through and coming to a spa should be a place you find peace not humiliation and anguish.

    DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THEIR WEBSITE!! Its not secured and you will get scammed! My friends and I went to King Spa two weeks ago and Ive only come to find out this week that weve all gotten seperate fraud charges on all of our credit cards days after our visit. One person had charges totalling 3.6k at AirBNB, another friend had 1.3k charged to a table in *********, I had 700$ charged to my card from ***** and ***************** Online. Neither of us were able to use the PayPal feature on their website to pay for our tickets and paid dearly for it.Ive brought many friends to King Spa to exercise their July 4th special and weve all been taken advantage of!

    My daughter an I were there for spa day for my birthday.We had paid body scrub and massage,Upon completing the body scrub the individual providing the service after I was lying in the bed for one hour and putting lot of oil and milk product on my body she try getting me of the bed and help me up and kind of put me in a position opposite from where she was standing and never advised me that the floor was full of oil since they never clean it until end of the night. As soon as I step my foot on the. Floor I felt and My entire body when under the partition to the next bed and the individual attending me. Was on the opposite side of the bed and could not even help me. She did not even spoke a word in English and could not advise me of the oil in the ground or even help me up the neighbor massage therapist was the one help me up. That caused me injuries that I had to go for therapy for an entire year. And still suffering as results of the negligence of the massage therapist.

    I purchased a booklet of 10 prepaid admission ticket at king spa 2 years ago. There is no expiration date on the ticket. However they asked me to pay extra $10 more when I visited king spa on May. King Spa is acting in bad faith by refusing to honor these tickets.

    I purchase the tickets a couple of month ago with $60 admission only with expiration in April **** however when I presented my ticket they said that prices went up and now they want $10 extra for admission, i tried to talk to them but they were firm to charge extra money So i asked for a manager which arrived Mr ***** was not helpful he was firm in charging extra money . At this point i decide to call the police which they arrived an i file a complaint . Really it was not only for the extra $10 but it the principle of how they manage and treating and dealing with people and customers. I find completely unfair and not professional the way they handle the situation

    I have purchased the 10 admission ticket booklet. When I went to use it front desk ask me to pay extra 10 dollars during weekdays and 20 dollar more for weekend use.There is no fine prints of notice indicating that there can be extra charges.This is total fraud. They just wnat to take money from customer!!

    Horrible customer service!!!! I wish we never came there, after we entered we found out that most of the place not active, asked to leave , but they refused to refund, not a way to run a place !!!

    The massage was very good. But had a horrible experience when leaving! It was pouring rain and dark when I first arrived and I parked near the entrance with other cars on the block. When I came out, a man was there and did not let me leave!! Said I was parked incorrectly. I tried telling him there are no signs or ANY indication I couldn't park there. And if I wasn't allowed to I really apologized!! He did not let me go, he did not let me close the car door. He was literally harassing me !! I was begging him to leave and saying I was so sorry, it was late at night, I'm a female alone, I don't know the neighbor **** and I wanted to stay safe... I got out of the car to speak to the spa and the car started just driving without me in it- I was so flustered I forgot to put it into park... and it was going to crash to the one in front!!! I was terrified!!! The man who was harassing me stopped the car and I ran inside so scared and so traumatized after that incident. I had no idea what to do. I finally was let to go. I am shaking. I am completely not relaxed after this massage. What a scary experience..can never come back here!!!

    Unfortunately, this form doesnt allow me enough room to tell the story accurately and in detail. The short version, however, is that I wasnt allowed to use the spa because I am transgender. I left my name and phone number with a request that their company lawyer call me Monday its now midday Tuesday and Ive received no calls. So, my next step is to file a complaint with the ********** Division on Civil Rights.
