    I bought **** Honda Accord Hybrid Sport. Had a great experience with sales person *******************. He is highly knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and gave us a great deal. He is very diligent and patiently explaining everything clearly. The finance manager is also very friendly and we got the car at a very reasonable price compared to any other. Thank you.

    I came here because my car broke down and my friend told me about ********************* and I came in and told him what I was in search of and he helped me find the perfect car for myself. A 2015 Pilot touring. I absolutely love the car and *** made the process super easy for me. He explained everything from the beginning and thanked me for being a Veteran. He's a super personable guy and I truly recommend him to my friends. Thank you so much *** for making my process super easy.

    It was an awful experience. I will never forget it or go back. Felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman. I caught them in a lie when they were trying to scam me for $5,000.00 in services. I never heard back from the manager when I left a message requesting a call back. They wanted me to replace parts on my car that I did a month ago!! Like what??!! Mind you I take before & after pictures so I knew they were not being honest.DCH Paramus Honda are the worst!!! I was there for services 3 times in one month & all of my lights are still on in my car till this day, feel like they did nothing to my car, but charged me over $3,000.00 in "services."They also recommended services (tire rotation), that I just completed from a mechanic shop. I don't know if I will be a returning Honda customer after that poor experience.

    Overall great experience with ***** at DCH Paramus Honda. His effort through the whole process helped make an otherwise stressful situation, easy and quick. Besides the necessary aspects of purchasing a car, he also took the time to walk me through all the features of my new car and kept consistent communication while I was waiting for my vehicle to arrive at tye dealer.

    A Good friend of mine told me about ********************* from DCH Paramus Honda. I called him on his day off and he picked up the phone right away. i told him the car I liked and set an appt with him when i got there the car was ready and He let me test drive it and from there he helped me through the whole process of financing it. Honestly was a great experience dealing with him because its a big purchase and he helped me feel comfortable and educated me on the topic. Thank you so much ***.
