  This is my 3rd car from Paramus Honda and it was the best and most painless experience ever. ********************* was super welcoming and made this procces very easy for us. He made coming out of a CRV and going into a pilot very easy for us. thanks again *** and wael !

  It was an amazing experience trading in my old car to lease a new one at DCH Paramus Honda. Our sales rep was ****. He was courteous, kind and went through all the options with **. He helped ** patiently through the whole process. He (along with his manager ****) went above and beyond in helping ** get the best deal possible. We had our family (with our little son) with ** at the dealership, and **** made ** feel comfortable the whole time. Our finance manager was *****, who answered all our questions nicely and was friendly and hospitable. Id recommend **********************, esp ****************** and ***** to anyone who is planning to buy their next car.

  Professional from start to finish. My salesperson, ********** was attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He listened to my families' needs and answered all questions in a timely manner. I wouldn't buy from any other salesperson or any other dealership.

  I recently purchased a 2023 Honda CRV and I really like the car. It's actually my third CRV and they just keep getting better. What made the purchase effortless was the help of sales associate **********. His customer service was excellent. He made each step of the process easy. He was reliable and I must say we had some good laughs! Go see him for *************!

  Abel F***** was so accommodating while trying to sell my father's car. He knew I was coming out of state and did his best to give me the best price he could. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend to see Abel when visiting DCH Paramus Honda!

  ***** is the best salesperson to go to and Shadi is the best for financial department to get the job done! They helped with the entire process and made everything so much easier. Two of the most respectful people I have ever met and dealt with while purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend these two kind gentlemen to help everyone else when purchasing a vehicle from DCH Paramus Honda! They showered me the car, while answering all my questions. Very professional and benevolent towards everyone!! This place is the way to go because of these two! Really enjoyed my visit, and walked out with an Honda Accord that fits so well for me!

  the car I purchased just weeks ago has lots of major problems and DCH Honda dose not want to do anything about it to help me. I put out almost $900 in repairs including a brake fluid leak. After that repair the car started making a noise. I brought it back to my mechanic and it turns out that the motor mounts are no good. I asked him to look the car over and he came up with over another $2000 worth of repairs including leaking antifreeze. I trusted this dealership after being told that these cars go through a thorough inspection. My salesmen told me that I would get $300 back after the first repairs I have done to the car and to me that is an admission of fault. I am extremely unsatisfied.

  The car I purchased just a few weeks ago has over $3000 dollars worth of repairs with major problems such as bad motor mounts. Brake fluid leak and a bad radiator. DCH Honda is not willing to do anything for me. My fault for trusting this dealership but this is just horrible business for not selling a safe product
