    I have bought several cars from ***************************** at DCH Paramus Honda over the years. Each experience has been great with wonderful customer service. ***** was great to work with, was very responsive, and went above and beyond with any questions or special requests I had! She didnt allow me to compromise my top needs of a new vehicle and a hybrid engine, while still being realistic about financial options. I was happy to make yet another deal with ***** and highly recommend ***************************** for ************* purchase. ***** makes car shopping & purchasing a very pleasant experience. She always makes me feel like family.

    Went back to DCH to find a car for my teenager son. ***** was my salesman out of all the years getting cars from DCH Paramus this has been my best experience with a sales person hands down. ***** is very professional and kind and explain everything in details to my son and myself making us comfortable with the purchase. After we got the car, he followed up to see if we needed anything. As soon as my son's plate arrived he called us too. Would recommend him to all my friends and family.

    This is the best dealership Ive dealt with. ******************* was the salesman that helped me. He was extremely kind and really wanted to help find the best car for me. He prioritizes customer satisfaction. *** bought several cars from him and will surely be back in the future!

    I guess DCH stands for Don't Come Here . Stay as fas as humanly possible . I was treated with no respect felt rushed and taken advantage over . I thought when you walk into a dealer ready to buy a 55K car and have 20K cash people would over backward to help you Not her they don't. To many things went horribly wrong with my buying experience to list here but my advice is take your business to another dealer .

    When I was there the man said he can help me and I thought I can trust him his name was ***************** . The car was ***** I put down **** still got a high interest rate of 20% I tried to get my money back before I took it off the lot . The guy said no its to late . These people scam u for ur money all they care about is money they didnt try to get me a low interest rate . They aint do nun they let me for failer . Dont go there i mean dont .
