      Very shady business practices felt very much like bait and switch from their website offering of prices to their in store on site authentication events. Absolutely rude and unprofessional representative at the **************** location of the 10th inning sports store ( that actual venue was very professional and helpful this review is only regarding JSA.) The representative comes across as seedy and fraudulant just trying to turn a quick dollar on their fees rather than genuine service to a potential client

      Super slow turnaround time. I wish their authenticating process was as fast as their payment process. I will not be using JSA for future authentication. Very unprofessional and a bit shady at times. I attended a card show and was unimpressed with their authenticator. He was of Indian dissent and quite rude and impersonal. You can definitely tell right away that they are more concerned with processing your payment quickly than giving you the professional respect and professionalism you would expect from a top tier company. It was eye opening and truly disappointing. They act more like scam artists to me. They couldnt make a determination at the show so I was informed I would be getting my answer by mail.As of now, I am still waiting. They act like con artists when they handle business in this manner. I would not recommend JSA.

      I sent in a *************************** Rookie Card to be authenticated. JSA sent back noting that the card was a fake or altered. I went into the store that I purchased from. The owner promised me that if he sent the card back, with others to grade, and through the store account, there would be no issues. I decided to give it a shot. I watched the owner bundle the card with others. Within a few weeks JSA returned my MJ rookie with a rating of 6. This process is unreliable and favors repeat customers rather than a one off collector such as myself. I will not use them again, they will not even respond to me directly.
