    I bought a 2019 Mercedes S class 450 from **** ****** Parsippany this car was certified preowned and has warranty six months or 6000 miles on it after one month. I brought it bank to them for a back window issue and the door wouldnt open from the inside. I left the car there for about nine days. They didnot provide me with another car to get to work. They did offer me **** to go back home.. after two or three weeks driving the car . I noticed my car has loud noise coming from a engine or the muffler . they told me to take it to ******** dealer because I have warranty. I did not have time to take it to ******** dealer, but I took it to a local shop which he fixed-my muffler, but he noticed my axle is leaking from the boot and will damage the axle soon my car is making noise when I turn the wheel , I called back the dealer and I explained to them that the axle is bad and boot is leaking grease and the axle is gonna go bad. They telling me no the warranty only covers the axle not the boot even though the boot is-part of the axle they dont just replace the boot. I spoke to service manager his name was ******* told me no we will not cover this issues .. I need from the bbb I just spend so much money on this car and I only drove it 2000

    I purchased a Land Rover from this dealership in or around September 2022. I returned the vehicle back to this dealership because the regulator on the front bumper attached to the windshield wiper was not operating correctly, they assume the vehicle and assured me the issue was corrected. Well it wasn't and again I returned the vehicle to be looked at again. (still wasn't repaired) In the interim (December) I spilled a shake on my interior and the solution cause discoloration to the front seats, I schedule an appointment with the service ***** ($180.00 paid) and they had the vehicle from tuesday to the following friday, I had the front seats detailed, ( job was half done) so I was schedule on March 7, 2023 for the windshield wiper regulator to be repaired , I told the service supervisor that a spot on the interior was missed and he replied it was in the craftmenship which i knew wasn't true. At this time, while the vehicle was in their possession they claimed to have done a 27 point inspection, when I return home the check coolant lamp came on . How could this be if it was checked. I contacted the dealership and was advised the service advisors were off. Then on Monday I contacted the ** of this branch *********************, left several messages. No response as of this day 3-16-23. I'm very dissappointed and unhappy with this type of discriminatory service the staff of jaguar Land Rover has provided.
