Horrible . Steer clear of all ********************* Dealerships in the Parsippany ** and also Land Rover *********************************** and the specific dealership had the opportunity to make right the issues on my vehicle and they chose to ignore, fight, bully and then threaten with attorney letters. Stay away from all dealerships run by this company. They care nothing about their loyal customers. Let me recap: I purchased a 2015 Range Rover Evoque new from the dealership for my daughter for college back and forth. We paid $1,000 per month for 6 years until paid off. Most of the time the car was parked at college in a garage. The car only has ***** miles on it, and has been maintained the entire 8 years by the Dealership. We wanted them to be our eyes on the car and keep us up to date on anything needed. Even though we paid MUCH HIGHER prices to service the car at the dealership, with thought they would have our best interest at heart. WRONG.The car had windshield leaking issues at about the 2nd year, and again the 3rd year, only the dealership said they did not know why. Safelight had to replace the windshield for us around the 4th year due to a crack and found out why the leak... the windshield headliner was completely rusted out. In June of this year, the catalytic converters went in the car, but I had the car still under the extended 4 year warranty I purchased from the dealership. They covered the cost. However, **** was the last month of the warranty. About 3 weeks ago the steering went on the car. Why does steering fail on a car with ****** miles on it that has been maintained regularly at the dealership? The dealership was too backed up to take the car in, so I towed to my local mechanic who said the aluminum bolts on the steering motor broke. Unbelievable. But then he said my entire car frame was completely rusted out. Gone. Unsafe. Dealership NEVER said anything and the car was just there in June; they refuse to fix and be responsible.
