  I used Universal Relocations for my move to *****. It was a terrible experience. First of all, when we received the packages they were in terrible condition and the items were shifted around so things were very disorganized. Second, many items of myself and my family were misplaced/lost. Items that were quite precious to us. And third, items were damaged such as furniture and kitchen appliances. And to top it off I even took insurance on the items that were damaged and lost (worth hundreds of dollars) the company has only offered to pay $50 in total for our loss. I honestly wouldnt refer anyone to use this service. But if you choose to, my suggestion is to take pictures of all your items being shipped and make sure the items are added to the list.

  I have already filed a complaint against this company with the *****. We are requesting them to thoroughly investigate this unethical company, and we hope that everyone will file a complaint with this regulatory agency as well. Such companies should not exist in the **************Extremely Disappointing and **************************** Refuses to Return Surviving Goods After a Fire Incident I am extremely disappointed with this moving company. A few months ago, my belongings were involved in a serious fire while in their care during transit. Many valuable and precious items were destroyed, but whats even more frustrating is that they still havent returned the surviving goods.After the fire incident, I expected the company to take immediate action, but their response was extremely slow and dismissive. Ive repeatedly tried to contact them, asking for the return of the surviving items, but every time I received vague responses with no real effort to resolve the issue. They keep passing the blame, claiming they can't access the trailer or that theyre handling insurance matters. Yet, months have passed, and nothing has been resolved.Their delays and inaction have severely impacted my life. The surviving items are of great importance to me, but the company seems indifferent to their customers' losses. *** also filed a complaint with the **********************************, and Im preparing legal action to recover what Im entitled to.I strongly advise against using this company. Their service is terrible, and they lack any sense of responsibility. If you're looking for a reliable moving company, think twice before choosing this one and avoid going through the same ordeal.

  Packing process= 5 star
  Collection time = 5 star
  Professionalism beginning = 5 star
  Shipping time = 2 star (almost a month and a half late)
  Communication after shipping = 2 star (only after I hounded them did I start to get information on my delivery)
  Package delivery = 3 star ( guy delivering was very nice but the process was concerning as they didn't use a ramp to get boxes off the truck)
  If it wasn't for the delayed shipping and the fact that I had to keep asking where's my stuff, this is a good company. Shipped from Kuwait to US, all items arrived, most boxes in good condition, overall I would use again.

  Recently I used the packing & moving services offered by this company from ******* to ******* (7/22). Based on my experience with other movers/vendors, this time, I thought of going with a branded company like Universal relocation to have a smooth and hassle-free experience. I took packing & moving services from Universal and purchased additional insurance through this vendor to cover any damages. I paid premium price + extra insurance to this vendor, but I got the same horrible experience with this vendor. Universal relocation services/promises are no different than a local agent moving service. My household items were delivered late, and there was much damage. Till today, I am struggling to claim my insurance even though I had extra insurance and all evidence for the claim. Horrible expensive packing service. My advice - Go for a local moving company/agent and save a lot of money. Both (local movers and Universal relocation) will deliver the same services, so why pay more? Things look great on the surface but slowly, you see the true face.
